This fully furnished two-room apartment is on the ground floor in a small, quiet street in the 7th arrondissement. Transport (Bus, metro, RER), food and fashion shops nearby. Visits to many tourist sites: Louvre, Tuileries, Musée d'Orsay, Saint Prés, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame are within walking distance.
The kitchen is independent with stove with oven, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with WC and walk-in shower, washing machine. Individual boiler. Television international channels, unlimited internet box, telephone package excluding downloads and mobiles in France (conditions in the apartment's welcome book).
Building whose owners demand tranquility and do not want noisy parties. Pets are not accepted.
Access is secured by a code and an intercom. The apartment is not equipped to accommodate babies (less than 2 years old).
