Fue una estancia un poco agridulce. No por Celeste, sino por la situación en la que nos encontramos. Por desgracia nos pillaron los incendios y uno, arrasó con la zona donde estábamos alojados y tuvimos que salir corriendo.Celeste se portó genial con nosotros y nos alojó, en otro sitio, que por cosas del destino, o de la mala suerte, también se vio afectado, por el mismo incendio del que tuvimos que huir. Aún así después de esa experiencia, disfrutamos de la estancia y de la compañía, tanto de Celeste, como de su marido. Ellos se preocuparon en todo momento, por nuestro bienestar. Fue un auténtico placer, el haberlos conocido.

É a nossa terceira vez, somos completamente fãs. Para quem quer passar umas semanas no meio da natureza com vista para as montanhas... é mesmo o meu maior conselho! Ao termos uma localização bastante isolada, parece que estamos num sitio magico de um sossego e paz incrivel... ao mesmo tempo nesta aldeia vivem 5 irmãs, de uma simpatia e disponibilidade, que nos fazem esquecer o que seria mau num sitio distante. A casa é impecavel, com todas as comodidades, especialmente no nosso caso que viajavamos com uma cadela. Obrigada!

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Tolle Natur, aber auch ein kleines Dirf mit netten Bewohnern. Man sollte sämtliche Nahrungsmittel mitnehmen, weil der Weg zum nächsten Einkauf sehr weit ist. Das Haus hat alls, was man braucht - inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine, auch ein Ofen ist vorhanden. Toll: Kochen mit Gas und Strom möglich. Allein die Dusche ist etwas klein geraten. Man darf sogar den Außengrill benutzen, das Eukalyptus-Feuerhplz stellt der Vermieter beteit: Toll!

Wow what an beautiful place!

Beautiful setting, a bit isolated, but what an incredible house built with the mountain as part of its structure. Very clean, kitchen us well equipped for cooking... We thoroughly enjoyed and will be back!

Sitio perfecto para desconectar

Nos ha encantado la casa. Tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Todo está reformado y está en perfectas condiciones. La chimenea es una maravilla y además hay barbacoa y horno de leña fuera. El entorno es maravilloso si te gusta la naturaleza con cientos de rutas de senderismo y el puente del Paiva a unos 30 minutos. Volveremos seguro!

What a wonderful place to experience rural Portugal! We had 3 days of peace and quiet and walks in the hills. Be advised that Celeste herself does not speak English, but has family members who do. Also, the village is quite a drive from the main roads, so be prepared, but the location is well worth the journey!
