External veranda with barbecue, spacious garden with olive grove and orchard.
Parking space for cars (up to 3 cars)
Internal shower in one of the two bathrooms and a comfortable outdoor shower for when you return from the sea.
House air-conditioned and equipped with TV with analogue antenna.
Services provided: LENZUOLA, TOWELS (2 PER PERSON), LAUNDRY SERVICE (fee), CLEANING SERVICE (on payment)
Guaranteed initial cleaning.
Villa is just a few steps from the free beach and 250 meters from some private establishments.
