Agradable pero mucho que mejorar

Ya desde el momento de la reserva iba temerosa de lo que nos íbamos a encontrar porque el anfitrión no se comunicaba con nosotros. La casa está bien, cómoda, bien situada, pero la mala comunicación por parte del anfitrión y las faltas que encontramos en la casa hacen que nos vayamos con un sabor más agrio que dulce. Le preguntamos antes de realizar el viaje si tenían en la casa cosas básicas como jabón azúcar aceite… no contestaron hasta 2 horas antes de la entrada cuando ya habíamos volado a la isla. Dijeron que había de todo, pero al llegar no había aceite, azúcar o champú y lo más alucinante, no había estropajos. Tuvimos que ir a comprar de todo al súper del pueblo. Lo positivo es que nos dejaron entrar un par de horas antes por que estaba la casa disponible. Durante la estancia fue todo normal hasta que una noche fresca fuimos a sacar el nórdico… estaba lleno de manchas. Una falta imperdonable a nuestro parecer. El lavavajillas no lavaba bien, y el horno estaba muy sucio. Otro problema fue con el wifi, se desconectaba continuamente, sólo llegaba bien en la habitación. Positivo también: disponer de secadora, y bomba de calor, muchas toallas y la zona de la terraza, todo bien con la piscina. Se hubiera agradecido un mechero o cerillas para encender la barbacoa.

Spätsommer auf Mallorca

Wir haben das erste mal über die Plattform Fe-Wo Direkt gebucht und waren das erste mal in der Finca von Bernardo. Von der Buchung über die Bezahlung bis hin zum Urlaub hat alles fabelhaft geklappt. Die Übergabe durch den Vermieter Bernardo war sehr freundlich, er hat uns alles erklärt wo was ist und wie es funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist passen zum Mallorcinischen Stil der Insel. Da Haus liegt in der Ortschaft Villafranca de Bonany, von dort aus kommt man innerhalb von max. 30-40 Min zu vielen schönen Stränden und Ortschaften. Der Ort an sich ist etwas ruhiger, was aber zur Erholung sehr schön ist. Dort gibt es einige Geschäfte, einen kleinen Supermarkt und Gastronomien gibt es auch. Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und werden voraussichtlich im nächsten Jahr wieder bei Bernardo buchen.

Sehr gern wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist mindestens so schön (geräumig, toll eingerichtet, etc.) wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und auf den Fotos abgebildet! Wir (41 / 55 Jahre alt) haben uns in unseren 12 Tagen dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Trotz unserer mehrstündigen Verspätung hat uns Bernat freundlich und mit einem Tapas-Teller empfangen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten (vor unserem Aufenthalt und währenddessen) hat er zügig geantwortet. Wir haben es genossen, im Haus unsere Ruhe zu haben, auf der Terrasse essen und grillen und uns in dem kleinen Pool abkühlen zu können. Die Umgebung ist relativ ruhig, es waren zwar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft zu hören, auch ab und zu Stimmen und Baugeräte aus der Garage / Werkstatt direkt nebenan, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, zumal die Mauer vor Blicken schützt. An der Straße ist das Parken unkompliziert und kostenlos möglich. Der Ort Vilafranca ist überschaubar, der Markt klein - aber wir waren eh meist unterwegs zu anderen Städten und Stränden. Was wir auch für erwähnenswert halten: Es muss (bei höheren Temperaturen) mit Ameisen gerechnet werden! Allerdings ist es kein Problem, sie zu verbannen, wenn darauf geachtet wird, dass keinerlei Essensreste rumliegen (insbesondere nicht auf den Arbeitsflächen der Küche). Am besten alles sofort in den Kühlschrank legen! Alles in allem empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft gern weiter und würden / werden sie selbst auch wieder mieten! Hideaway in der Inselmitte

Das Häuschen von Bernardo ist wirklich schön und bietet alles, was man braucht - inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die Küche bietet ausreichend (Koch-)Geschirr, auf dem Sofa kann man es sich wunderbar gemütlich machen. Den Pool konnten wir im Oktober nicht mehr wirklich nutzen, da er nicht beheizt ist und das Wetter nicht mehr so hochsommerlich war ;-) Parken ist kostenlos und unkompliziert auf der Straße möglich. Vilafranca ist ein nettes Örtchen mit einigen Lokalen, einem Tante-Emma-Laden, einem "normalen" Supermarkt (der war allerdings nur selten geöffnet) und einigen Cafés und Bars. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Touren quer über die Insel bietet es sich geradezu an, da es schön zentral liegt und man so eigentlich in maximal einer Stunde an jedem Punkt der Insel angekommen ist.
