Beautiful doble suite in 16th century villa, with swimming pool

La Brocca is a farmhouse from the 15th century, immersed in the countryside of one of the most beautiful valleys of Umbria, the Chiascio valley. At the ground floor of the property, in the spaces that once housed the ancient mount, a comfortable guest suite has recently been created, with a large living room and large open fireplaces. The floors are covered with typical Umbrian terracotta and travertine, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, large freezer, electric kettle and toaster.

The double suite has 2 double bedrooms, one facing the other, with doors with keys. The TORO room has en suite bathroom with shower. Overlooking the quiet back garden, has a french window that can be used as a second independent entrance.
The LIBRA room, north faced, has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Both overlook the corridor leading to the living room, a large white open space of almost 100 square meters, with vaulted ceilings, where the kitchen, dining area, sofa area and two single sofa beds are located (possibility of additional beds in the rooms and in the living room).

The living room leads to the cool garden, with a barbecue corner, sunbeds and a table with chairs.

The pool, open during the summer period from June 1st to September 30th, is private and reserved for our guests. Surrounded by old trees and green lawn, it is entirely fenced. Sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are included in the price.


Upon request, together with the SUITE 1, it is possible to rent the SUITE 2, an adjacent apartment but with an independent entrance, with a double bedroom plus a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen area and sofa bed (max 4 beds). Also on request, it is possible to rent the entire villa, which can accommodate 24 freezer, kettle and the dining area is very luminous and pleasant.
The two suites are perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday together.
