Located in a very calm and green complex, this 175 Sqm appartement has been totally renovated in May 2018.

It offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms, a nice and big kitchen, a fully furbished living room including a 6 person dining table, a huge 50 Inch TV, and then you have the terraza!

Huge 45 sqm terrace, with breathtaking views of the see, with views on the gardens of the complex and the 3 pools (you could watch your kids swimming from the terrace!). In the terrace you will find a nice 6 person dining table, as well as 2 sun beds.

There is wifi, centralized air conditioning, and the appartement is fully fitted & equipped, with linen, towels, hair dryer etc.

Private parking is available.

The complex is very quiet, and very family oriented. There is a minimarket 50m from the complex, as well as a nice pizzeria.

Nice refurbished apartment as well as pool area.

The apartment is clean and nice with good sized bedrooms and lots of closet space. Big terrace with morning sun. Nice to be able to sit in the shadow as it was quite hot. Kitchen is ok sized with all amenities. Only drawback was no bbq on the terrace as that isn’t allowed by the compound rules. Also some ants on the terrace but they can easily be washed away with the outdoor water hose. Possible to walk to the beach but we only did that once as it takes a good 15-20 minutes. Having access to a car is highly recommended.
