WONDERFUL 3-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH VIEWS ACROSS RESORT TO MAR MENOR AND MED 🌞

Our 3 bedroom apartment at La Manga Club offers our guests luxury accommodation in an unsurpassed setting with stunning views across the resort to the Mar Menor. Los Olivos 5C is centrally located within La Manga Club Resort and within easy walking distance of the resort's restaurants, bars, and amenities, with the Racquets Club (including tennis and padel) literally across the road!

Los Olivos is a fantastic community within the La Manga Club Resort. It is well managed which means that the community looks great and the forward thinking approach of the committee and the owners' sees a programme of regular reinvestment in the common areas and on the apartments too. Guests have use of two outdoor and one heated indoor community pools. The changing rooms have recently been refurbished. There are large sun-bathing areas.

We bought our apartment in 2011 and continually reinvest so it is a home from home for our guests.

Los Olivos 5C is light, airy, very spacious and easily accessible apartment with everything on one level . It has three generously sized bedrooms (one with en-suite), a spacious, modern, open-plan lounge and dining area, a recently refurbished and fully equipped modern kitchen, two recently refurbished luxury bathrooms, and a central air-conditioning and heating system.

Our guests also have free access to wi-fi.

We have a superb terrace with a built-in BBQ and a Weber for quick meals, smart dining furniture and ample sunbathing area with loungers. Why not catch the early evening sun in the rear garden.

Second time staying in this apartment and the standard was still up there. Bedrooms comfortable with plenty of storage, beds great. One en-suite, one family bathroom, just perfect for the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and just right for our needs. Whilst the weather was a little cloudy we managed a couple of lunches out on the big balcony with great views. The racket centre is only a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We’re already talking about next year!

Communication with owner was excellent with all requests (travel cot and highchair) catered for and clean and in good condition. The apartment was large, spotless and well kept and as advertised. Parking easy with good access to all amenities on the resort. Thanks for a lovely week and definitely considering a repeat booking.

Fantastic Apartment

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is very well equipped, offers brilliant views from the balcony and had plenty of space for our family of 6. It is very central in the La Manga complex with the racquet club and supermarket just a five minute walk away. Bars and restaurants are also around the corner. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful.

A great property, located a 5 minute walk from the Padel courts, and several bars and restaurants also within a short walking distance. A well equipped kitchen, a congenial lounge area, homely furnished dining area, and fabulous views across to the Mar Menor and beyond. The bedrooms a good size, plenty of space to hang clothes, etc, comfy beds with plenty of extra covers if required, and nice clean bathrooms. We’d certainly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

The appartment is in a great location, very close to the Tennis Centre & local amenities. It is very well equipped with all mod cons and has a fabulous large balcony with an amazing view! Amazing apartment, great location

We were a group of 6 ladies staying for the weekend warriors tennis academy. This apartment is absolutely perfect in every way. Wonderful communication from the owners, even recommending restaurants for us when we asked. The apartment is perfectly located for the tennis, restaurants & supermarket-all just a short walk away. It was spotlessly clean, modern & had all the equipment you could need. Thank you so much Justin & Wendy-we will definitely be back x

Extended Stay

We stayed at the property for 4 nights as a result of our flight being cancelled due to the air traffic control problems on the bank holiday Monday. The owners were excellent to deal with and arranged a same day booking which involved getting the apartment cleaned. The apartment is beautiful and the view amazing. It was spotlessly clean and there were also some nice touches, which included hand soap in the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend the apartment and will be looking to return, hopefully next year.

Fantastic accommodation - beautiful apartment with wonderful views!

This was our second holiday to La Manga Club and the accommodation this year was perfect. Brilliant location within La Manga - five min walk to the restaurants and the pretty Bellaluz square where the children enjoyed watching flamenco dancers and Spanish musicians. The swimming pools in Los Olivos are really lovely and only a two min stroll from the apartment. Never seen our children so keen to spend so much time outdoors. The apartment itself was gorgeous. Fab furniture on the balcony - really enjoyed sitting out there admiring the views. Well equipped new kitchen and fabulous new bathrooms. And what with the glorious sunshine - we really didn't want to leave.

Fabulous apartment and great service from owners

Our 6th year in Los Olivios and we really recommend this apartment and the highly professional standard of service offered by the owners Justin and Wendy. Apartment is furnished to a high quality, and immaculately clean, with everything needed for a family or group of friends. We have rented for 5 years with our 2 children (now 9&7) and they love staying there. Very central location so easy walk to numerous sporting activities (5mins to tennis) and bars/restaurants, whilst remaining a quiet location. Community owners have spent time /money over the winter updating pool (1xindoor and 2xoutdoor) facilities which are like new. Views are stunning. Highly recommended!
