Our entire home is accessible for your enjoyment - this includes both bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, upstairs patio/deck space, hot tub, dining room, and any and all areas you can think of! Back deck is 300 square feet equipped with a table and chairs. Perfect for soaking up sunlight.
*The bathroom is located on the first level, while both bedrooms are on the second floor. Make sure to note this :)
*Entrance Procedures: Upon booking and confirmation, you will receive a unique four digit passcode to unlock the door to the house. You will need to enter this passcode to gain access to the house. A key will also be needed to enter the green gate, but we will explain all details via message or phone upon booking. We are very interactive with our guests, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions. You may email or call us for any reason, especially if you have questions concerning accidental lock out. We can be reached at our email or via cell phone. We are a husband and wife team :)

I have found my HideAway spot

I have been coming to Bisbee Pride for the last 15 years. Last year I decided I did not want to stay in a hotel as I realized that all I have experience of Bisbee was the hotel and the main street I really wanted to get a taste of Bisbee life. So I decided to rent a house and I am so glad I did. When I first walked in I felt like I was coming home. The place really has a homey feel right away. Todd and Gabriela really took a lot of time to make sure you feel at home right away from the art the furniture the little jar on the counter with Loose Change in it really make you feel like you were just coming home from a day out shopping as soon as you walk in. The kitchen is amazing everything you need is already there and yes a gas stove lovely. The bedrooms upstairs were beautiful well put together as well but I was so comfortable I slept on the couch baby yes I did feet up and all TV playing in the background and everything. Now if that does not tell you I felt at home I don't know what will. The best compliment you could ever give to a place it's when it came time to leave I so hated having to go but I so look forward to coming back.

Well worth it if you're fit

Todd and Gabriela were great owners, helpful but not intrusive. Their house is a lot like Bisbee itself - older, interesting, and quirky (in a good way), with comfy beds, soft towels, and up-to-date appliances. DISH satellite TV (but no ESPN or other sports, which seemed weird). The deck off the upstairs bedroom is particularly nice, even during the colder than normal weather we experienced. If we go back to Bisbee, we will definitely stay here again. The only caveat: steps, lots of steps. It's 'only' 39 steps up to the house, but there's a one block uphill walk from where you park to even start the steps. It's this way all over Bisbee, which lies in a valley between steep slopes. In fact, they have a race every October called the Bisbee 1000, in which participants run all over Bisbee climbing the ONE THOUSAND STEPS which are, in reality, Bisbee's sidewalks. Casa de Conklin's steps are definitely doable (I'm 67), but be prepared if you're not in at least decent condition.

It was worth the climb!

This was our first time to this Bisbee property. We were a little concerned about the climb, but it was well worth it when we reached the little house. And the spa made it even more special! We loved the fact we were close to downtown Old Bisbee, but far enough off away from the madding crowd. Although parking is first come, first served, we will definitely put this place on our list of favorite Bisbee homes!

Great adventure!

We really enjoyed our stay and are sad that it’s time to go. Todd and Gabi were very nice and answered any questions we had and were very helpful. Our 7 year old really enjoyed the arcade game and keeps saying how much he’s going to miss it. ( it has made it to his Christmas list now lol!) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! It was a great adventure and we would love to come back sometime in the future!

Great getaway

We got lost trying to find it, car was blocking the main stairway. Just call the owners before trying haha, they will guide you. Quaint little place, perfect value for the price! I didn't experience any problems with the place.

Nice & cozy place for 4 people!

Was everything I expected after reading prior reviews. Everything worked, was very clean, and owners had everything set up for us before we arrived. It’s a little tricky to find if you’ve never been to Bisbee but once you find it, you’re set. It’s literally a two minute drive from the main strip. I’d stay here again if I ever came back to Bisbee.

Great girls weekend!

We had a great time! The house is adorable and the hot tub, amazing. I thought the parking would be an issue but was no big deal. Thanks Conklins, look forward to staying again.

We thought the place was a good value, location and was exactly as advertised.

We had everything we needed. Appliances are all updated and bedding is very comfortable. However, we prefer to have a bath on the same floor as the bedroom, but that's just us.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location and home in Bisbee - Laid back, informal and interesting old Bisbee home, very comfortable, clean, lovely front porch and a deck with a view, eclectic bookshelf, games, and a hot tub too! Just the type of place we enjoy and we had a relaxing and wonderful stay. Agree that figuring out the multi controller TV/DVD/Internet system was a bit of a challenge, but we eventually got it :). We feel lucky were able to book here and would do so again.

Great price and lots of amenities while still delivering an authentic Bisbee experience

This was by far the best vacation rental experience we’ve had in Bisbee and we have had many over the years. It’s really an amazing value considering all it has to offer (Hot Tub, WiFi, Flat Screen TVs with DVD players and Sat service in every room, and an arcade game console with hundreds of classic arcade games). On the other hand, the house is quintessentially Bisbee: quaint with a great view from the upper deck, a nice place to drop out for weekend and leave it all behind. It’s really a best of both worlds situation. Might be especially nice for families with older children. Booking was easy, owners responded promptly, helpful instructions can found in the house for most everything. Parking is not super close and there are stairs to negotiate, but, in comparison, these stairs are a lot less steep than others in Bisbee and the stairs/parking situation is rarely ideal anywhere in Bisbee. All and all it’s authentic Bisbee experience with quite a few bonus features at an unbeatable price.

Great stay!

My husband and I traveled to Bisbee for our anniversary and we decided to stay here at Casa de Conklin! We picked this house as opposed to others for a couple reasons. One, the price, two, they were dog friendly, three, the hot tub and fire pit! We loved the yard for our dog and we enjoyed the hot tub every night! It was only a short 15-minute walk to the rest of downtown Bisbee which is perfect for us we never mind walking! We only booked for two nights and decided we wanted to stay one extra. Thankfully there was no scheduling conflicts and we were able to stay the extra night! Gabby and Todd were very accommodating and we're always there to answer any questions we had along the way. They gave us suggestions for dinner and lunch as well as a great place to get a beer and they recommended the Seance room for a fun experience. We will definitely be coming back to Bisbee and we know where we will stay again! Thank you Todd and Gabi we very much enjoyed our stay you made our anniversary memorable!

Will definitely return to this beautiful home

Quintessential bisbee. The home is wonderfully equiped with amenities. All the rooms are spacious including the bathroom and kitchen. The deck off the upstairs bedroom is a must experience with amazing views of the valley. Peaceful and quiet with one of the best wrap around enclosed yards for pet lovers. Only an 8 min walk to the screaming banshee restaraunt and bar.

Stay at Casa de Conklin!

Great place to stay while exploring Bisbee. Close to all the action and nice to be so close to Circle K in case you need something 24-7. Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Perfect for pets too! Great audio / visual system but could use some directions on how to operate it. Was able to figure it out by trial and error. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Bisbee.

Relaxing and well worth it!

The home and especially the porch were exactly what we needed to unwind. Exploring the town and then enjoying a quiet evening after barbequing was almost perfect. Wished we had another week! Thanks for recommending the pho restaurant Todd. It was nice to run into you and Gabi there.

Everything you need is at Casa de Conklin.........

Peggy and I have visited Bisbee each year for the last 4 years. We used Casa de Conklin on our last visit and we had all of the amenities we needed while we stayed there. Casa d C. has lots of room and is close to downtown. Every amenity advertised was available. The location is a short walk to downtown and our favorite Thuv's restaurant. Thank you, Virgil and Peggy Plath from Minnesota

Perfect Location and great views!

This was the perfect little getaway for my wife and I. The location was close enough to walk into town, but far enough that it wasn't noisy, and felt very private. The house was quite comfortable with plenty of space for everything we needed. The whole place was clean and tidy, and the addition of the hot tub and fire pit were very much appreciated. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Bisbee!

relax with a view

Had a very nice stay at the Bisbee house. House is comfortable and has everything you need ,including a nice hot tub for a good relax after a day of touring around or walking the stairs of town. There is a very nice big TV and an arcade for playing many different video games. Also a great view of town from the deck off the bedroom. There is a big kitchen and roomy bathroom. A nice place to stay at a fair price.

Very comfortable and quiet!

We have been to Bisbee MANY times and have rented from VRBO properties on many occasions. The Conklin home is a great Retreat from the big-city life. It was very easy to access, even with the stairs, which were wide enough to negotiate with the suitcase. The kitchen has every amenity to make a great meal. The hot tub was the best part of our trip, since it was the stair climb weekend. Everything was clean. The arcade game was a blast from the past. The patios were great for evening beverages. Love it...would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home, very comfortable

We love the fact it was something for everyone to do. We had two younger kids who were able to play in the arcade as well as play with the Xbox. The adults ended up barbecuing and the ambiance was very comfortable to just hang out outside after dinner. With Bisbee being a town of stairs, there's only a small amount of stairs to get to the home so even a few trips back-and-forth for groceries was not bad. Next time we come down we will probably be looking at staying there again. Thank you so much!
