This Alameda, CA 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment is 3 blocks from the beach (Crown Beach) and South Shore shopping center with grocery stores, department stores, banks and more. This apartment is also just 2 blocks from Park St. the main street of the city with over 40 different restaurants, gifts shops and jewelry stores. An easy walk for shopping or dinner. It has AIR CONDITION. The apartment also has WIFI with AT&T internet 1000 (fiber 1 GIG) HIGH SPEED for the guest who may want to work from home. GREAT LOCATION.

This apartment was totally rebuilt in 2020 with an upscale design. Top of the line appliances, new kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite countertops.

Its 10 minutes drive to the Oakland Airport, 25 minutes to San Francisco or 15 minutes taking the Oakland/Alameda Ferry across the San Francisco Bay to Fisherman's wharf and the Financial district.

There are Several bus lines to San Francisco. This Victorian is in the Gold Coast neighborhood of the city which is a very safe and quiet area of the city The neighborhood has many old Victorians buildings built in the eighteen hundreds ( 1800's) and preserved by the City of Alameda. This Victorian is a historic building for the city of Alameda. It is completely remodeled with an upscale design that offer comfort to travelers for business or family vacations. It has granite countertops in the kitchen, new high end GE gas stove, top of the line dishwasher and microwave oven. Its easy access to the 880 freeway to Berkeley and San Francisco.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is on the first floor of the building.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with top of the line pillow top comfort mattress for your comfort. It has a dresser and a unique desk for anyone who may want to do some work at home. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything you would need.

The living room has a 42"HDTV and there is high speed wireless internet throughout the apartment.
There are 2 full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a tub and shower, bathroom #2 has a large glass shower with sliding glass door. new bathroom sink and all the hair shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels, linens and everything you need.

Nice accommodations and great location.

Property was clean and just as described in the listing. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for our stay in Alameda. The apartment had everything we needed . It was especially nice to have a dedicated parking space! We would definitely stay here again

Alameda Family Vacation

This property was great! Very clean and managed well. So close to everything you need. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect. The off-street parking was perfect. Wonderful stay. Property in tip top shape.

The property was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was simply knowing the four digit code for the door lock. The property was stocked with a full set of amenities….ample linens and kitchen ware. Secure parking behind the building. Location was excellent. Just a few short blocks to Alameda’s main shopping street. The owners, Monica & Gordon, responded almost immediately to a minor problem that we had. I highly recommend!

This property is 2 blocks from Park Street, the city main shopping center with over 40 different restaurants, shops, banks, grocery stores and is in a very safe area of the City. It is in the Gold Coast neighborhood; which is an old neighborhood with many Victorians buildings built in the 1800's and preserved by the City of Alameda. You can also walk to the beach which is 4 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

This Victorian was built in 1895 and is a historic building for the City of Alameda, CA. The location is great. It is in the Gold Coast Neighborhood which is a beautiful neighborhood of the city with many large Victorian homes and a quiet neighborhood. It is also just 2 blocks from Park St. the city main shopping center with lots of shops and over 40 restaurants. It has AIR CONDITION. Many guest like the location because they walk to Park St. to eat. It is also close to the bus line to San Francisco. and if they need to drive it just about 1 mile from the 880 freeway.
