Recently renovated home in Alameda island with a 15 minute ferry to SF. The lower level of this beautifully restored home in Alameda is a 15 minute walk to the Alameda Beach and Crown Memorial Park. Webster street is a 10 minute walk where you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques. I moved to Alameda in 2017 after living in San Francisco since 1999. I love the beauty of the island of Alameda surrounded by the bay and full of historical buildings and homes. Walk or take a bicycle along the pedestrian/bicycle path and you will be immersed in nature with the bay, marshland and critters such as ground squirrels, birds (brown pelican, blue heron, egrets, and many many more) A 15 minute ferry ride brings you to the Ferry Building in San Francisco!

I love the tree lined street full of beautiful Victorians and just a 15 - 20 minute walk to Alameda Beach.
