Reversed Living 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath house, 7 houses from the Ocean and 7 houses from the Marina. Top Floor has open concept Kitchen, dining room and living room with a deck off the living room and a deck off the kitchen with ocean view. Kitchen newly updated. Washer Dryer and 1/2 Bath upstairs.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, Family Room and 2 full baths.
Master Bedroom- Queen Bed with private full bath, open the windows at night and you can hear the Ocean. Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed . 3rd Bedroom - 3 Twin beds. Family Room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a Twin sleeper sofa.
First Floor -2 car garage and outdoor shower.

Beautiful home!

My husband, 2 children and mother stayed in this home for our family vacation in July. The house was well decorated and very clean. Everything was new and updated. Loved that their was an optional awning over the front porch to sit outside even if the weather was not the best. Gorgeous view of the beach from the front porch and very comfortable seating on the back porch. Loved the short walk to the beach. Wonderful time and we would definitely rent again!

Great vacation house

We stayed at this beautiful and specious house in August. It was a bunch of us: 6 adults and 3 kids. I simply loved short walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed riding bikes on quiet and basically traffic-free street. The house was clean, well equipped with the bonus beach chairs and bikes for us to use. We couldn't appreciate more how accommodating the owners were to us! The amenities were great; I love having washer and dryer on the beach vacation and plenty of parking on site. We enjoyed the awning at the front porch as much as the beautiful view. Beach is beautiful and never over crowded with lifeguard close to the entrance to the beach - as a mom of 10 and 8-years, I always appreciate this peace of mind. First I wasn't sure, if I want to go outside of my usual LBI renting aria in Beach Haven but I have to say: I like Holgate much better. Very relaxing, quiet and convenient to everything. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend this property. Looking forward to making more Summer memories in this inviting home.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

I used to vacation in LBI with my family when I was young, so thought it would be fun to begin that tradition with my children and grandchild. We were NOT disappointed! This home was tastefully decorated and perfectly located, just a few houses from the beach, and offered beautiful sunset views from the deck. It was well equipped and we particularly loved that there were beach chairs and bikes available to us. Definitely recommend and would rent again!

Great time in Holgate!

Beautiful, clean and spacious house! Convenient to everything.. beach and bay a very quick walk. Especially enjoyed the awning on the front deck .. we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and sunsets from that deck. Plenty of parking right on site.Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Property for a Family Getaway!

Clean, pretty, relaxing, quiet location, beautiful beach. Love that there are bikes available and a shuttle so no need to drive at all while you are away! We had the best time and can't wait to go back again next summer!
