The woodview home was just what we needed for our quick overnight stay. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive. Accommodations were as described.

This home was located in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood. Easy to locate with easy parking. The only downside was the bed sizes, they were a bit small for 2 people to sleep on together. Otherwise a cozy home in a great area!

Very nice home

Overall, a much larger house than I thought based on photos! Very clean, but it's obvious this is a very highly used home as the wear and tear was fairly high throughout (couches need to be recovered, many dings and scratches in walls etc). That said, none of that was a big deal as the home was very clean and in a GREAT location. I would recommend, esp if you have kids.

Listowel Review

The property was well presented, a little tired in areas but clean and comfortable. Some areas could do with improvement and basic fixings need replacing. TV’s weren’t connected up so we couldn’t watch tv, sky didn’t work. Netflix only option on main tv in living room. Little things that make a stay better could be easily and cheaply sorted. The house was ideal for a short stay any longer and I’d expect it to be presented better. Bins not emptied outside from previous guests which were all overflowing. All in all though a comfortable stay.

Disappointing property

Property very tired with lots of maintenance needed. Poor quality bedding. No garden furniture, rubbish on the drive. Instruction folder not on display and out of date. I would not recommend this property for the price being asked.

This house was clean, with off street parking, a full kitchen and three bedrooms and comfortable beds with plenty of space. Accurately described and suited our needs for a weekend Ballybunion family trip. Thank you Michael!

We had a wonderful experience at this Listowel house! 6 of us fit great! We used the kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast, and had a fire in the living room while watching an evening show. We’d definitely recommend staying here!
