This stunning villa is situated approximately 4 km from Nerja and 2 km or a short walk from the village of Frigiliana.

Le Parra Pequena, has spectacular views of the sea, mountains and village of Frigiliana. The Villa is fully furnished and well equipped with 2 bedrooms (Double and Twin rooms sleeps 4), a main bathroom with a bath and separate shower, an open plan kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and fridge (Washing machine and Freezer in outside utility cupboard). A living area which has patio doors onto the large private terraced and pool area. The swimming pool is 8m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m and roman steps. The Villa has its own private driveway with gates leading to the Villa.

Fabulous property!! The location was brilliant and really convenient, with shops and garage a very short drive away. The views of the valley and up to Frigiliana were amazing and breathtaking! We will definitelyreturn!!

Très bon emplacement - Vue Imprenable

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans cette location à Frigiliana - C'est un endroit pour se ressourcer indéniablement et la villa en hauteur avec vue sur mer et la montagne y aide bcq avec une vue imprenable... Claire nous avait bien reçu avec son mari et était toujours là en cas de besoin. Merci Claire. Le seul bémol est que cette villa est jumelle d'une autre villa à l'étage. Bien qu'une partie de la piscine soit cachée des regards de nos voisins, l'autre partie est à la vue de nos voisins de la villa jumelée - Je précise ce point pour les personnes qui souhaitent avoir une totale intimité.

Paradise on Earth

We had a wonderful time at this residence. It's located in a quiet and safe environment with a beautiful view of the oceans and the mountain ranges in the inland. The residence was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. There is regular service that tends to the pool and the owner was very responsive when contacted about a minor issue we encountered that was then quickly resolved. I would recommend it warmly to anyone!

A peaceful place with amazing view. A few teething problems but overall a nice stay.

Had a relaxing 4 nights here with amazing views and very peaceful setting. The villa and pool could have been a bit cleaner for our arrival, and a roll of toilet paper might have been nice! Luckily we had been shopping in Nerja before we arrived and the pool cleaner did come the next day so all was well. The gas had run out for the BBQ but a call to Rachel and she brought some over that evening. Some instructions about the place would have been nice too. We couldn’t find the terrace light switch but, again, Rachel found this out for us from the owners the following day (it’s next to the front gates!) The old part of the village is very beautiful but just a little too far to walk from the villa, which was a shame. Some information about footpaths, walks, buses, taxis, etc would have been helpful too and recommendations for restaurants and bars. Overall a very enjoyable stay but little finishing touches would have made it that bit better.

Maison bien située et au calme

Villa avec une vue très belle qui surplombe la ville de Nerja ainsi que la mer . Très bien située car l'endroit est très calme et en même temps près de la ville de Nerja et à quelque kilomètre à pied de Frigiliana . La maison est pratique et tout le nécessaire dont les vacanciers ont besoin est à notre disposition dans la maison. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette location ! Villa with a wonderful view on Nerja and the sea. Near Nerja and Frigiliana, the place is well located and calm at the same time. The house is practical and all the necessities that holidaymakers need are at our disposal in the house. We enjoyed our stay and recommand this location !

We purchased the Villa in 2018 after renting it for a family holiday back in 2017. We rented both La Parra Grande and Le Parra Pequena due to lots of family joining us!

After years of trying to find the perfect holiday home in Spain we finally came across Frigilana. We love the fact that Frigilana still has a real Spanish feel to the area.

We were taken away by the beautiful villa with its stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. The Villa was everything we expected and more!

Another huge bonus for us, is that Sierra Nevada is only an hour and a half away, which means we can be up in the mountains enjoying some time skiing on the slopes and be back on the beach that same day!!
