Wonderful apartment overlooking the sea. With a 40 sqm veranda facing the sea and the availability of a shared parking. The apartment is a new modern construction, just finished and furnished..with two beautiful and large double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, two large and comfortable bathrooms. Fully furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, complete linen for each guest and free wi-fi. The kitchen is also equipped. Wonderful sea view with all the services in the area such as restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and a few minutes drive from the historic center of Bari. Area easily accessible and gives the possibility of easy movements also for tourist visits in the areas near Bari. For our guests and those who want at an additional but advantageous price we offer the rental of the car from us or the transfer service. We look forward to seeing you.

Apartment building with dedicated parking lots. Entrance via electronic gates. Landlords are very nice, helpful and accommodating. Communication via WhatsApp. Flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, large balcony with sea view. For power sockets you would need Type L three thin pin adapters

Apartment needs updating

The shower is tiny and does not drain. Kitchen tiny. Deck is nice. Very lively area at night but apartment is quite sound proof. Need taxi to get to town, especially at night. Also far from train station, so hard to meet up for tours which seem to mostly meet outside of Bari. No info in apartment about how to work things, such as the clothes washer.

Beautiful but needs some updating

This property had a spectacular view and great access to the busses in the area which made it easy to get around. There are 4-5 great restaurants just across the street and very reasonable prices. The apartment lacked space in the kitchen and no outlets to plug in the toaster provided. The beds were fine but the rest of the living space needs to be updated. 4 of the 6 kitchen chairs were unusable and the table was very wobbly. Great spot and communication with owner but it needs some money put into it.

L' appartamento e' molto bello con 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto. Il parcheggio interno con posto assegnato e' un ulteriore plus. Il terrazzino/balcone affacciato proprio sul mare e' meraviglioso. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Appartement très agréable, face à la mer, très propre avec un stationnement réservé. La communication avec l’hôte est efficace et rapide. C’est dommage mais nous avons eu des pannes d’eau chaude à 2 reprises sur les 5 jours de notre séjour. Dans cela c’était très bien.

L'appartement est situé assez loin du centre historique. Il faut prendre la voiture Une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer Un restaurant face à l immeuble attire beaucouo de monde le soir. Heureusement nous avions un parking à notre disposition Logement assez vieillot, la cuisine est équipée de manière très sommaire Une belle chambre avec rangement La deuxième très exigue avec un tout petit placard, insuffisant pour un couple, le store electrique fonctionne mal Lorsque la clim marche un seul appareil supplémentaire fait disjoncter (lave linge ou fer à repasser) et déclenche une alarme

Nous sommes désolés pour cette évaluation. Nous avons reçu de nombreux invités et personne n’a jamais rencontré de tels problèmes. L’alarme a retenti parce que vous avez allumé de nombreux appareils et que le courant est tombé. Sur l'annonce, il est écrit que l'appartement se trouve à 3 km du centre historique, donc vous en avez été informé. La circulation des personnes le soir n'est pas notre cause ... mais les soirées d'été, les restaurants sont remplis de gens à passer des soirées avec vue sur la mer. Au contraire, la maison est dans un endroit stratégique et bénéficie d'une vue à couper le souffle.Les chambres sont toutes les deux très confortables et le placard dans la deuxième pièce est un pont, vous avez donc beaucoup d’espace pour ranger vos affaires et pas seulement un aktra comme vous dites. Nous sommes désolés, mais je pense que deux étoiles n'appartiennent pas du tout à notre appartement. Salut

The apartment is new and modern, equipped with all you need and even more. The whole equipment, furniture, dishes, bed-clothes etc. are new. The apartment has a big balcony with a great see view. It is very comfortable and spacious. We spent a lovely holiday in Bari in this apartment, enjoyed it very much and would come any time again. Highly recommended!!!
