Jane's Cottage is a stunningly modern barn conversion near Odiham and Farnham, with a rural landscape, offering big views and lovely country walks on the doorstep. Within walking distance of the exclusive Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire, the beautiful Tundry Pond and several charming country pubs.

Jane's Cottage is a wonderful 2 bedroom property situated in the picturesque Hampshire country village of Dogmersfield. It has 2 large bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with 2 singles), a large sitting room and well sized kitchen and a large garden and terrace. It has stunning views to the rear of farmland, great walking routes on the doorstep and is equipped with a gas fire and underfloor heating. It's perfect for a small family. A true home from home. There is also parking for 2 cars.

The house is just a short walk from the Four Seasons Hotel and from the beautiful Tundry Pond. Several pubs are within walking distance including The Queen's Head in Dogmersfield and The Exchequer in Crookham village.

Holiday visit

Jane's Cottage is beautiful, and Sarah was so friendly and accommodating, checking to make sure we had everything we needed; we did, as the cottage is very well appointed. It is very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our ten day stay there. We could highly recommend it!

Well worth the walk

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place as I was doing a 50K walk. It was more than the pictures showed it to be. Beautiful inside and much bigger inside than it looked outside. It was so well equipped and so quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Oh wie schön

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Alles ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. Man wohnt zwischen anderen Landhäusern. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad, inklusive Duschgel und Toilettenpapier, Handtücher auch. Betten sind bezogen . In der Küche super ausgestattet auch mit dem ersten Frühstück und Handtüchern , Kleenex, und und ...Parkplatz vor dem Haus und gute Straßenanbindung. Wir würden netterweise von Jeremy empfangen und rumgeführt und alles sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Nur empfehlenswert!! Danke das wir dort wohnen durften Elliot. Bei Nachfragen ist Elliot jederzeit erreichbar !!!

We finished our 2 week UK vacation here in Hook. This was by far the best home we stayed in and the only one that felt like a home vs a rental. It was a perfect rental for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and functional (no scratched pans, dull knives, etc.). The owner left a few essential groceries which was much appreciated, no need to rush to a grocery in the early morning. There was a separate washer and dryer which was a huge bonus! We also were able to eat at one of the suggested places, El Castello in Odiham, which was wonderful. You will not regret booking this property.

Wonderful new conversion and such lovely hosts

It’s a really great location for many places to visit. We took our two girls to Legoland (25mins away) and had time for ourselves in the surrounding area with walks along the canal and visits to Farnham and Fleet. Home is beautifully decorated and finished. The bath was very comfy! Would definitely recommend for those that need a comfy place for a few days.
