Excellent logement et très bon accueil de Mr Bonne

Un week end en famille parfait. Ce chalet est très bien situé, proche des pistes de ski, proche du centre de Gerardmer. Rien ne manque et le propriètaire est charmant.

Vacances parfaite

Un cadre magnifique, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir beaucoup de neige, le chalet est situé à 5 min des pistes en voiture, 5 min du centre ville. Le chalet est magnifique et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Week-end entre amis au top!

La chalet est adapté à un groupe d'amis, avec ou sans enfants. La cuisine et la pièce de vie sont pratiques, tout comme les trois salles de bain! Superbe terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur! En revanche, petit bémol sur la literie peu confort et le sauna, qui ne se trouve pas dans le logement directement. Je recommande :-)

Chalet très bien situé, avec beaucoup d’espace pour une famille, le séjour est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur le lac ! Séjour à refaire !

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Abers...

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Die Lage ist schön, aber es gibt nur die Straße und keine Fußwege oder Trampelpfade die man nutzen kann um in der Ort zu kommen und zu Fuß über die Straße dauert es 40 Minuten. Mit einem Hund ist so auch schwierig Gassi zu gehen - keine Feldwege o.ä. - also immer Hundebeutel.... Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Wenn man Nachts hustet hört man das im ganzen Haus. Und ein letzter Punkt ist die Kaution und der Umgang damit. Wir haben 500 Euro Kaution hinterlegt, was ich nicht gerade wenig finde. Es wurde vereinbart Bettwäsche zu leihen für 120 Euro. Vor Ort wurden wir dann gefragt ob wir das Haus beim verlassen selber reinigen oder ob Herr Bonne es reinigt für 150 Euro. Wir hatten es so verstanden, dass das Haus besenrein sein soll. So haben wir es mit Hilfe es vorhanden Staubsaugers auch hinterlassen. Bei Abreise legte Herr Bonne dann von der Kaution noch 260 Euro auf den Tisch. Er behielt 120 Euro für die Bettwäsche und weiter 120 für die Reinigung. Auf Nachfragen meinte er, dass die Wachbecken und Dusche nicht sauber wären. Das ist kein fairer Umgang zumal die Kaution einen anderen Zweck hat. Aber so hat er schonmal das Geld und gibt nur das zurück was er für angemessen hält. Fanden wir nicht ganz korrekt. Ich will jetzt nicht den Eindruck erwecken das es uns nicht gefallen hat, aber das sind Punkte die dazu führen, dass wir mit 2 Erwachsenen 4 Teenagern und einem Hund eine andere Bleibe suchen würden.

un chalet merveilleux, un panorama idyllique.

Séjour au calme, dans un chalet super-équipé au centre de la verdure avec une vue magnifique sur le olus grand lac des Vosges. Un hôte accueillant avait le souci de notrer confort.

Sehr schön gelegenes gut ausgestattetes Haus

Der Aufenthalt in Gérardmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten, die Bäder waren neu gemacht und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Terasse mit Blick auf den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wkr werden gerne wieder kommen!

Beau chalet, top vacances en famille

Location très bien située avec une superbe vue. Le chalet est vraiment spacieux et très bien équipé. Grande terrasse sécurisée pour les enfants en bas age, le top pour les laisser jouer tranquillement. Un petit effort sur le ménage et le matériel mis à disposition sur la terrasse (parasol et pied de parasol à remplacer) et ça sera parfait. Excellente adresse pour se retrouver en famille ou entre ami. Propriétaire très gentil et disponible.

Kurzurlaub Anfang Juli

Das Haus war in etwa so, wie online beschrieben. Allerdings bei näherer Betrachtung eher durchschnittlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fraglich. Die Lage ungünstig, da nichts zu Fuß machbar. Hundegänge nur ums Haus möglich. Auch keine fußläufige Gelegenheit in den Wald. Allerdings schöner Ausblick auf den Ort und den See. Der Ort ist schön, alle sehr Gastfreundlich und im See herrschte Anfang Juli angenehme Badetemperatur.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, geniale Terrasse

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt; die Anlage besteht aus 3 oder 4 Häusern; je Haus kann es mehrere Wohnungen geben, aber die Eingänge sind getrennt und die wunderschönen Terrassen sind nicht einsehbar. Wir haben von unseren Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen. Unsere Wohnung war hervorragend für Gruppen, die gern zusammensitzen, es gibt hierfür einen riesigen Küchentisch oder die Terrasse. Die Lage am Hang ist traumhaft. Nach Geradmer ins Zentrum kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, der Weg ist aber steil; für einen schnellen Einkauf braucht man Auto oder E-Bike.

Trés agréable week-end entre amis

Le grand plus de la maison est la grande terrasse avec vue sur la lac. La grande table dans la cuisine est parfaite pour un groupe de 14 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous avons l‘occasion de séjourner à nouveau à Gérardmer.

Beau chalet, dans les hauteurs de la ville

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Gerardmer, qui est une ville jolie, et animée. Nous étions 13 et le chalet est assez spacieux pour toute la famille, avec une belle pièce de vie au rdc. Dommage que la neige n'était pas trop au rdv. Une station de ski ouverte sur les deux. Le chalet est dans les hauteurs de la ville, avec une grande terrasse qui donne sur la ville et le lac. La voiture est nécessaire pour aller chercher le pain le matin. C'est possible à pied pour les très motivés (1.3 km, mais la route est pentue au retour). A refaire sans hésiter, en hiver ou en été.

Très bon moment passé dans le chalet de Michel! Tout s’est très bien passé, un peu plus de précision sur le sauna dans l’annonce serait préférable tout de même car il n’est pas accessible directement.

Chalet situé en hauteur avec belle vue sur le lac de Gerardmer. En contrepartie, la route bien raide séparant le chalet de la ville nécessite la voiture (ou de bonnes jambes en vélo!) ...

Agréable séjour

Chalet spacieux et bien situé. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Manque sur l'annonce une photo de la façade du chalet. Par les temps caniculaires, un parasol supplémentaire serait apprécié sur la terrasse.

Parking un peu difficile si tous les chalet sont loués. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant etes.

Quand on regrette de ne pas rester plus longtemps, c’est qu’on se sent bien là où l’on est. Chalet superbement équipé, y compris deux lave-vaisselles et deux frigos si on est nombreux, terrasse très bien sécurisée pour les chiens. Petit bémol, certaines literies grincent.
