ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT CLOSE TO THE TOWN CENTRE & BEACHES - FM6139

This lower ground floor apartment, which was converted and refurbished in 2018, has some original features, with its beautiful original fireplace and sash windows whilst the rest of the property has been designed to a high standard with a modern feel throughout. There are three other flats in this block if you wanted the advantage of family holidaying together. This apartment has the added advantage of it's own entrance and patio area. Bournemouth centre is a few minutes walk which makes this a perfect holiday property.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom with added benefit of FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - HAIRDRYER - BLACKOUT BLIND. Modern open plan living area with dining area and bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 - FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - BLANKET BOX with SMALL GAMES and DVD's.

The kitchen area is contained in the same room as the lounge/diner and includes a breakfast bar - ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - MICROWAVE. You will find the convenience of a WASHER/DRYER and FRIDGE/FREEZER in a separate storage area.

The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath, shower facility and toilet.

A door from the bedroom takes you to a small patio area which is a perfect place to sit to start or end your day.

There is road parking opposite the apartment (with limited spaces) and an NCP car park available opposite (please note these are not guaranteed or reserved spaces).

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
If you are a keen surfer there is a surf board store available. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. One small, fully house trained dog is accepted. EPC GRADE - C. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far for those couples wanting a more relaxed holiday. Whilst en route to Bournemouth’s seafront, you can wonder through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth is a great family holiday too. With countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Rent a beach hut or take a walk on one of the historic piers - make the most of the outdoors and this wonderful stretch of British seaside. With an excellent selection of family-friendly restaurants including the BH2 restaurant and Odeon Cinema complex where you are spoilt for choice. Great apartment and fantastic host
Nice little apartment. Very well equipped - everything you need and excellent quality. Great location, close to town centre and not far from beach. Host is excellent and provided the best welcome park I’ve ever had, including fresh flowers and fizz. If driving, you will have to pay to park, about £11 per 24 hours at NCP

Very clean, well equipped and lovely decoration
Just stayed for the weekend of the Jehovahs Witness convention at the BIC. The location was perfect and the flat was clean and well equipped. We came by train and bus, may be a struggle to park if by car. Hair dryer didnt seem to be working but we were fine without! Thank you

Flat 1. Is a lovely, clean, spacious property. The flowers, sweets and essentials provided free of charge i.e. milk, water, bubbly, shower gel and so many more, stands this place out from all the other properties we have chosen to stay. It makes a real difference to your stay, as clearly the owners care about your stay and making it enjoyable from the outset. No hesitation in choosing to stay here again, or recommending it to others.
