Bright, comfortable and quiet. This beautiful three bedroom three bathroom condo is more like a private home with only one other unit next to it in this small condo complex. Walk into the bright décor tropical décor and tile floors. The open kitchen has new appliances, beautiful cabinets and plenty of counter space to create fabulous meals. The bright open living room has a flat screen T.V. and surrounds sound. Enjoy the tropical foliage and partial gulf views from the expansive screened in lanai. The first guest room is to your left with a comfy day bed, trundle and its own private bathroom. The spacious second guest room has two twin beds and its own private bathroom across the hallway. The master suite has a beautiful comfy king sized bed, a huge bathroom and open up to the expansive lanai. Snug Harbor is a quiet beach front community on the East End of Sanibel. A truly unique complex with brick pavers throughout, tropical landscape a large heated pool and its own private beach boardwalk. Walk to the beach, take a short bike ride to the lighthouse or visit one of the many shops and restaurants on the east end.
