About this property

Gorgeous Gulf Front! Tennis, Pickleball, Pool, 11th floor, Free Wi-fi/Parking

Direct beach views with beach extension of 250 feet in January 2025!! Come and enjoy the large, heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

We Provide:
Secured Wi-Fi in unit
Fully equipped kitchen
Towels and Linens
Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has some shops open and soon will have multiple Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. The Fort Myers Beach Farmer’s Market has returned to Santini Plaza from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry room on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard.

We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

Empty Ice Bin
Close curtains, turn temp to 78
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets allowed. 2 Pool cards are on the back of the front door
At checkout: All debris, rubbish and discards are put down laundry chute Recycle items go to bins on back side of buiding facing parking
No smoking allowed anywhere in building including balconies.

My wife and I wanted a Christmas getaway, and the stay at this condo in Fort Myers was great choice. The host made checking in and out a breeze. The actual condo itself was in great condition and we enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It’s great to see FMB coming back to life. Still no restaurants on the South End, but a new coffee shop has opened at Santini plaza. The host is easy to communicate with and the view from this property is spectacular. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is right there.

Once again our stay did not disappoint! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo since July (2025). The condo was very clean and provides everything you need for a day at the beach to all the cooking supplies if you decide to make it a night "in". The view from the balcony is priceless. We saw more salt water life activity than ever: dolphin, manatee, schools of fish, and the shelling on this end of the island was so much fun. The south end of the island is quiet and tranquil which is perfect for us. Across the street is Santini Plaza, shops are open and I was told a restaurant or two are coming soon! We will be back and we already cannot wait!

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was super. The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed except for food...Publix about 2.4 miles, CVS right down the street. Beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas, etc all supplied. AC worked great and rental was in great shape. My wife and her friend will be back in a week for a girl's trip.
