You'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances; this kitchen is ready for those nights you choose to enjoy a fabulous meal at home. In tyhe living room, you will find a sectional sofa and recliner. You'll find the living room very comfortable! There are beautiful tile floors, TV's throughout (no TV in master BR), internet access, a jetted tub in master bath and a large balcony with an ocean view to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

This large 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit is only 1/2 block from the beach and is conveniently located to many of the attractions that Ocean City has to offer. You'll only be a few short blocks from the start of the famous boardwalk, Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Rogers, mini golf and many fantastic restaurants!

Come stay in this fabulous unit, enjoy the large beaches and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Sapphire Sea is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* Owner has provided beach toys for guest use, and the building has an outdoor shower.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Listing needs updated and new pics

This is a beautiful condo and a great location! Easy walk to both the boardwalk and convention center. My only disappointment was that the listing stated it slept 10 but the sleeper couch was updated (not pictured in the listing) to a new couch that was not a sleeper so we had one less bed than we planned to have. It appears the listing is was updated now to sleep 8 instead of 10 but the photos should be updated to reflect the new couch and refrigerator.

Thanks so much for the review. Our apologies on the couch mix up. This owner always does upgrades in the off-season and this year one of the things she did was purchase new living room furniture. She picked what she did because she thought it would be very comfortable. The other Sapphire Seas we manage have an 8 occupancy and she thought she was the same, so it was an honest mistake that she didn't get another sleeper, which would have kept her at 10. Unfortunately we were not aware of the change until after your reservation and for that we're terribly sorry. Since then, the occupancy has been updates as well as the sleeping specifics.

Over all the experience was very nice. The second bedroom has double beds sizes

Please remeasure the beds in the second room with two beds. They are NOT queen size, but full size. You may have covered the mattress with "queen" size pad, but the mattress is really sized "full". Please change the description. Most folks will want a queen size bed. My husband is a large man and we couldn't sleep in a full size bed. Also, having some supplies left over helps.

The description for the property on VRBO did have it listed with double beds in that bedroom; however, the check instructions did list then as queens. Although you would have seen the correct sizes when booking the unit, I am sorry about the confusion the check in instructions caused. I am updating those instructions to reflect the accurate size of the beds with a recommendation of queen sheets. I hope you will stay with us in one of our units again. Take care. David

Clean but ripped off

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is half a block from ocean and it was mostly clean. But the TV remote didn’t work properly so mostly no tv. The remote was missing the select button. Plus they charged us for a new toilet seat. It was in the same shape as when we got there. Seems to me it was and old seat that needed replaced. So they charged us $65.00 for it. Contacted people in charge, but no solution.

Perfect Family Getaway!

After comparing 4 different places to stay for my family's first vacation after the start of COVID, we found this wonderful condo. It was amazing. My family kept raving about how nice it was. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is super convenient. Views of the ocean and bay was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back for a longer trip.

Have a Fine Vacation in OC

Every bedroom has it's own bath and the master bath is much more than you typically find in OC. Balcony has a view of the ocean and sunset. Breakfast and dinner are just across the street. The ice maker produces all the ice you will ever need....just bring your blender. Everything works - you should be pleased.

Great Spot for a Weekend Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice; very spacious, nicely done and in a wonderful location! Great for a weekend away with some girlfriends. Our ONLY complaints were that the unit had a Keurig coffee maker (which we didn't know until the morning we went to make a pot of coffee -- it was disappointing, to say the least) and the trash can was too small for a group of people. Minor inconveniences, but made a difference in our stay.Overall though, highly recommend this property and company!
