Typical village house Borgata Conio (IM)

Sun, flowers, olive trees and beautiful views. A fully restored appartment in a rustical village house with a wonderful terrace (16m2) surrounded by beautiful nature in the countryside of the Italian Riviera.

One bedroom (double bed), big living room (double sleeping couch) with fully equipped open kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

Small supermarket down in the village and lots of little restaurants in the neighborhood with typical local food for very good prices. Fresh herbs can be picked up from the garden and locally you can buy fresh vegatables, wine and olive oil.

It is a very quiet area very suitable for walking or cycling. Three mountain bikes are available (for free). If you like to swim, there is a river close by the village of Ranzo or the Mediterranean sea is only 25 minutes by car. Albenga, Alassio and San Remo are lovely places to discover.

Nice apartment

We had a really relaxing and pleasant stay in Ranzo. The apartment was very nice, the garden is outstanding and our hosts were very helpful and willing to provide us with every information we may need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Es war wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Wir haben viele gute Tips bekommen. Die Ferienwohnung und der Garten sind wunderschön und wir werden gewiss wiederkommen. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Walter und Eleonore sind sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen bemüht, geben Tipps und beantworten alle Fragen sofort. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick in den Garten und auf die Berge sowie das tolle typisch italienische Haus haben uns super gefallen. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage dort.

Fijn appartement, prachtige locatie

We hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Mooi appartement op een rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht! Contact met de eigenaren was heel erg prettig, ze waren erg behulpzaam en gaven veel goede tips over de omgeving. Verder is in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig aangevuld met vruchten en kruiden die we konden plukken uit eigen tuin. Wij waren alleen zelf met het openbaar vervoer, dit was soms best ingewikkeld door onregelmatige bustijden, maar was uiteindelijk wel te doen. Al met al was het een heel fijn verblijf en zouden we het zeker aanraden!

Wundervolle Tage an diesem speziellen Ort

Die Wohnung, der Garten, die Umgebung: einfach traumhaft. Viele Tipps von Eleonora für Restaurants in der Umgebung. Albenga und Alassio haben eine wunderschöne Altstadt. Sind einen Besucht wert. Am Abend die Ruhe auf der Terrasse geniessen und ebenso am Morgen. Sonne von Morgens bis Abends.

Très agréable gîte

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte très au calme dans la montagne. Terrasse avec belle vue. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Un seul bémol, les moustiques. Si nous avons l'occasion de retourner dans la régions c'est sans hésitation que nous retournerons chez Elénora et Walter.

Beautiful house surrounded by olive trees

My family and I have had a very pleasant stay in the house of Walter and Eleonora. From the first second, the two have taken very good care of us and have fulfilled all our wishes to the fullest satisfaction. The information in the listing corresponded to the actual state of the property. Very clean, with many brochures around the area.. The town of Albenga with its beautiful beaches and beautiful old town was 20 minutes away by car. On the whole, we can highly recommend the house for people who want to have their peace and enjoy the Dolcevita to the fullest. Thank you very much.
