Komplett zufrieden :-)

mein Sohn und ich waren wieder Gäste (zum dritten Mal) und haben wieder eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sowie eine brilliante Gastfreundschaft genossen. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Jahr.

Un emplacement ideal

La situation de la maison est idéale à 2 minutes à pied d une belle plage. Le quartier est calme, la proximité avec les résidents plutôt agréable ( en général des familles). Les équipements sont sommaires mais il y a tout ce qu il faut. La localisation permet de de joindre les points d intérêt sur les terres a 1 h 1 h30 et permet les loisirs et excursions maritimes.

Ferienhaus Arbatax

Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, Strand 2 Gehminuten entfernt das war perfekt. Da der Vermieter mehrere Häuser auf einem Grundstück hat, die leider nicht abgetrennt sind, haben wir zwischendurch mal Besuch von anderen Kindern gehabt (Ist nicht so schön wenn man gerade aus der Dusche kommt). Leider mussten wir auch mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen, da andere Feriengäste es mit der Lautstärke nicht so genau nahmen bzw. eine 6Personen Ferienwohnung mit 12! Personen darunter 7 Kinder bewohnt haben, die dann auch noch einen Hund dabei hatten (der nicht erlaubt ist). Der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, sodass der Urlaub dann auch erholsam weiterging. Würden wir wieder Buchen

Bellissima casetta, buona posizione, curata all'interno e il giardino. Manca solo la lavastoviglie.

Esperienza meravigliosa, si è comodi a tutto. Il porto e il trenino sono a due minuti, la spiaggia principale a 200 mt. I proprietari sono gentili e sempre disponibili.

È stata una bellissima vacanza

La casa è comodissima e attrezzata di tutto. È pulitissima e sopratutto ha una bella e comoda terrazza dove poter mangiare. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il posto è molto tranquillo. Consigliato vivamente.
