La Soleiade is located at Lake St Cassien 19 km from Cannes, Fréjus and St Raphaël, our 3 comfortable cottages will have everything to seduce you and make you spend pleasant holidays with family or friends.
These 3 lodgings are located near the villa of the owners Francine and Daniel who will be delighted to welcome you by remaining at your disposal for any questions during your stay (excursion ideas, good restaurant addresses ...)

You will have access to the swimming pool reserved only for residents of our 3 lodgings

(12 residents maximum share this common space).
Ideal for family holidays, the Résidence la Soleïade will allow you to stay in a friendly place where your children can make friends around the swimming pool, but where you can also appreciate peace and intimacy in our lodgings all equipped with a shaded terrace.

The surroundings will allow you to discover the region with the Lake of Saint Cassien fitted out for swimming, mountain bike rental for walks around the lake, fishing activity, hiking, golf, horse riding ... For your children many diverse and varied activities also in the surroundings: Fréjus Zoo, Marineland in Antibes, Aquatica, fairgrounds etc ...

Without forgetting that we are also only 10 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu la Napoule and many more!

Je le conseille vivement

Gites fonctionnels tres bien equipes , dans belle propriete avec piscine , située à proximité du lac de st cassien au coeur d un quartier residentiel dans la forêt domaniale de st cassien , contrefort de l esterel , accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires , toutes les conditions sont réunies pour que votre séjour soit réussi Je le conseille vivement

Vacances réussies

Merveilleuses vacances !. Francine et Daniel sont très chaleureux et toujours à notre écoute. L'environnement est agréable et bien pensé ( les enfants peuvent aller et venir à la piscine en toute sécurité ). Le gîte les lavandes est très bien équipés, très propre, volumineux , convivial. Et que de choses à voir dans cette belle région ( le lac, les ballades, les marchés provencaux, la côte toute proche avec toutes ses activités pour petits et grands, les petits restos typiques, ... ) Que des bons souvenirs Stephane et Sandrine

vacances au calme, gîte idéalement situé

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Francine et Daniel les propriétaires, le gîte était propre et très bien situé entre la mer (accès autoroute à 5 min) et l'arrière pays avec la visite de petits villages typique de la région. (Gourdons à voir absolument). Beaucoup de choses à voir, une semaine c'est trop court !!! Nous avons également apprécié la proximité du lac St Cassien avec location de pédalos, paddle, et jeux gonflables nautiques, les enfants ont adorés. Nous recommanderions cette location à un ami.

gîte agréable

Francine et Daniel font tout pour que notre séjour se passe bien, ils sont à l'écoute de leurs locataires, tout en restant discrets . Le gîte est agréable et spacieux, nous conseillerons volontiers cette adresse à nos amis.
