The ground floor also leads to a typical Venetian courtyard that is cosy inviting and elegant for that “let’s sit outside and enjoy life” moment.

The first floor: the living room has wooden floors and one elegant comfortable sofa bed, from the living you have access to the first double bedroom with TV.

The second floor:

1. Hosts a very well designed bedroom with two bunk beds.

2. A stylish master bedroom with an imposing double bed. dove gray bathroom, with a large shower and natural light from a dormer window.

This property has a 32-inch LCD television, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the apartment. It also has air conditioning, a hair dryer, a toaster, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. You can also have a baby cot (on request).

Location - The apartment is located a few steps from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in the heart of the historic center of Venice. You can enjoy a very convenient location for visiting the city on foot. Upon setting foot outside the apartment, you are surrounded by some gems of art and history of Venice: Campo Santa Maria Formosa is one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of Venice and the church of Santa Maria Formosa is a masterpiece of the architecht Codussi with many masterpieces of Venetian painters. Nearby, the Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge and the lively and picturesque streets of the Castello to savor an authentic Venice.
Not far from the apartment are located the vaporetto stops that can easily reach the train station, Piazzale Roma and all the most interesting areas of Venice as the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello and the Lido of Venice, in which takes place in September the International Film Festival in Venice.
