About this property

13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".

Third-floor apartment consisting of an entrance hall with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave; living room with sofa and dining table; two bathrooms with shower; and sleeping area consisting of three rooms, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds, and a last one with two double beds.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.

On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Great location but air-conditioning woeful and small details missing

Before you read more, be aware that Venice accom is all catered for people staying one or two nights and therefore renters treat you accordingly. Firstly, pick-up of ‘keys’ is in different location to apartment. Apartment doors operate on security codes so could have been emailed allowing us to go direct. Location is fantastic - very close to main sights but not flooded by passing tourists. We have been travelling through quite a few AirBnB’s, HomeAways, Booking.com locations and small things make the difference. This place didn’t make the effort eg: no toilet paper on arrival. Bought my own but let them know and their response was ‘check again’. Apartment is quite spacious but the BIGGEST overstatement was that the place had air-conditioning. They have mini air-conditioning units in each room that are totally ineffective except for the imitation of A380 engine noise that you have to contend with as you try to sleep - if only the nois was accompanied by an equivalent draft of cool air! If you are only staying a night or two, don’t let my negatives put you off, we thought the location more than offset the drawbacks.

Spartan apartment in central location

Spacious, close to vaporetto and a lovely, low-key piazza. A great part of Venice to stay in. Accommodation is plain but clean. The kitchen supplies are meager. No extra towels, blankets, etc. available, and no staff on site. Email communication was prompt if a bit bureaucratic. Easy to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Great stay near Rialto Bridge

Unit near many shops and restaurants and 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge. 10 to 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay at the Venice Luxury Apartments. The location was great, the apartment was clean and very spacious. We had our extended family and it was a nice quiet apartment for us to stay while in Venice
