Villa Cala D'or is a villa built in the purest style of Cala Dor, located in the residential area of ​​the village 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center and pedestrian area of ​​Cala D'or. The distance from the Palma airport is about 50 km.
It has six spacious rooms, one of them junior suite, all with full bathroom and outdoor terrace. In addition the villa has a swimming pool and solarium, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe and wifi.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, terrace with porch and a room with bathroom. The lower floor has three bedrooms with bathroom and terrace and the first floor a double room, a junior suite and laundry room.

A wonderful week

The property was in an ideal location, walking to distance to all local amenities and the beach literally at the bottom of the garden. There was a slight issue with the cleanliness in some areas, particularly the balcony areas under trees where there was a lot of bird droppings, but this did not detract from a wonderful week with friends in beautiful Cala D'Or.

Perfekt läge och stort hus

Verkligen bra läge, bara några steg från stranden och affärer och restauranger ett stenkast bort. Stort hus som passade perfekt för oss 10, men man kan lätt vara 2 till. Standarden på huset är inte perfekt men var helt ok. Lite uppdatering av möbler och inredning skulle nog behövas. Extra plus för grillen och matplatsen på verandan, perfekt för stora sällskap! Personalen på hotellet var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Allt som allt en riktigt bra semester i Villa Cala D’or!

Trevligt hus och fin stad

Det var ett bra hus att hyra när man som vi var tre familjer som kunde sova på var sitt våningsplan och med 6 badrum kändes det inte trångt alls. Nära till en jättefin strand och fantastiskt fin stad. Tyvärr var det väldigt regnigt när vi var där vilket gjorde att huset kändes lite fuktigt. Trevlig altan med grill och långbord var superbra de gånger vi kunde nyttja det. Poolen hölls ren av en poolkille varje dag. Vi var där I lågsäsong November och det var skönt att få stranden för sig själv men också lite tråkigt att många affärer och resturanger var stängda.
