This house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the City, perfect for exploring all Cape Town has to offer, and 200m from a sandy beach with wonderful views back across the bay to Table Mountain. The house is located in a secure estate, Woodbridge Island and one of the communal swimming pools is nearby. It is a five minute walk to a links golf course, the beach front restaurants and bars. The air-conditioned house has three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests. There is an enclosed garden with built-in barbeque and outside seating for six guests on a patio. The living area has an open-plan layout, making it perfect for family and friends. It adjoins a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you wish to go exploring North of Cape Town, to many of the vineyards, or South and East along the coast to the beaches and Cape Point; the house is ideally located close to the major motorways. Alternatively you may wish to spend most of your time relaxing in the wonderful surroundings of Woodbridge Island. There are numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and bars close by.
