Please keep in mind this level is party underground, so it cool during summer days, this is why there are only ceiling fans here. Windows let natural light come in, too!

The best aspect of the house is definitely the fact that it is so close to the water! Just 50 meters away, following a small path, you reach the perfect beach of Glarokavos.
