The house is 3 levels and includes a 2 car garage on the first level along with a mudroom and large rec room with 65 in smart TV, full bath and two nice size bedrooms. One has a king bed (bike room) the other three twins (surf room). There is also a patio area off of the rec room with access to the outside yard.

On the second floor you will find the main living area. This floor is complete with 10 ft ceilings and done in travertine tile including a large Great Room with a coffered wood ceiling and fireplace, gourmet kitchen and large dining area with a custom farmhouse table which seats 12. There is also a powder room, full size washer and dryer on this floor as well as two additional bedrooms with weathered oak hardwood floors. One has a king side bed and the other a queen size bed. There is an additional bathroom down the hall from these bedrooms and both rooms have patio door access to the large front balcony. In addition, there is a large deck area off the great room perfect for dining outdoors. A large professional size gas grill is available and is perfect for BBQs.

On the third level you will find 9 ft ceilings along with an enormous master suite with handscraped hickory hardwood floors, a beautiful knotty pine tray ceiling, separate sitting area and large 3rd floor deck with gorgeous views of the golf course and distant views of the bay. A great place to relax with a glass of wine and take in the sounds and sights of this tranquil retreat. Completing the master suite is a large luxury master bath complete with shower, double vanity, soaking tub and separate toilet room.

There are two other large bedrooms on the third floor both with handscraped hickory hardwood floors. One with a king bed and beautiful views of the golf course and distant views of the bay and the other with 3 twin beds and a vaulted knotty pine wood ceiling. There is also a large hall bath with a shower and double vanity.

All king bedrooms have wall mounted TVs as well as the great room and rec room on the first floor.

For those with children there are two Peg Perego strollers, a single and a double, pack n play, bed rail and a high chair for use during your stay. Some beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs also available. As an added bonus there are approximately a dozen bikes, tricycle, radio flyer wagon and helmets to use as well.

Award winning beaches and Delaware State Park is only 4 miles away and there is shuttle service from the community pools every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
