Marina D'Or, first line of the beach, the paradise of holidays

It is a beautiful apartment located on the beachfront in a privileged place within the main tourist complex of Marina D'Or, from whose terrace you can see the sea and from the whole room you can hear its sound with the beat of the waves. Sobradamente ventilated through its doors and windows on three sides of it. Decorated with a lot of love inspired by the sailor memory, achieving, as you can see in the photos, an exclusive place.
It consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, equipped with blankets sheets and pillows, one with a double bed and space for a travel cot at the disposal of the apartment and another with two convertible beds in bunk beds, able to house 1, 2 , 3 or 4 people.
The living room, adjacent to the terrace / solarium, has a sofa that could exceptionally support the bedrooms.
All the rooms are exterior adapted with thermal insulation, with air conditioning (hot / cold) in all of them, although the air flow, oriented to three sides of the apartment, makes it a relatively cool place in a natural way.
The terrace of about 10 m. squares facing the sea a few meters from the beach, it goes from being a place to sunbathe in the morning, to rest with a drink in the afternoon, in the absence of sun from noon. You can enjoy this time of seeing the full moon rise from the sea, while listening to it
It has a complete bathroom, with shower and bidet, with exterior window and a kitchen open to the living room and very well equipped hallway of household appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots and fast dishes for cooking, oven, microwave, etc ....
In the back of the plot where the apartment is located we have a jetty, attached to the river that flows into the waters next to the urbanization, it is a very popular place to fish at nightfall.
The apartment is equipped with alarm, wifi, two televisions, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, optionally could use the private parking located in the basement of the building
