Apt not ready

The apartment was not ready at 4pm, the stated check in time. We were given keys at 4, went to the apartment and it was still being cleaned. The cleaner was very nice and professional and we tried to stay out of her way. She seemed to do a great job. The master bath is a bit of a mess with the vanity doors rotting (over lay is cracked and the pressed board inside has expanded and falling apart) and the toilet paper holder missing with just the bracket in the wall. After payment was accepted i was requested to check in online. This includes additional terms which should have been disclosed previously. Part of this is agreeing to leave the house"perfectly" clean. If it's to perfectly clean, why charge a cleaning fee? The pros are that we received it clean. There was a good supply of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, very nice towels, dish detergent, and dish washer detergent. The apartment is spacious.

Large apartment, In need of updates

It was a large apartment with plenty of space. It was a little worn down. The carpet and some furniture needs to be replaced/repaired, bathrooms need an update. But overall, it is a good apartment for families.

Comentar unicamente que debido a las obras de alameda principal nos costo muchisimo aaceder al parking de trinidad grund. Pero la xona y el alojamiento ens si de 10.
