5 night stay

Property was just as described. Gave 4 stars for the following reasons: no lockbox key code was given to me before we arrived. Since we are from America, we had no cell service to make calls so we had to knock on the neighbors doors until we could find someone to let us use their phone to call the owner. The welcome book on the living room table was for another property in Norwich (we were staying in Romford). The owner gave email instructions on how to turn on the boiler/heater, but the instructions were VERY confusing. We had to send several emails back and forth before we were able to figure out how to get hot water and heat. In the end - it all worked out, but the directions were as clear as mud. House was clean and only a 10 min walk to the train station. We liked that there was off street parking for our car. Dishwasher and clothes washer were great. As was the house itself. Suggestion: replace the Norwich book and update it with a Romford one. Give a list of what the pictures mean on the oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We couldn't figure out what they all meant and just guessed... I would recomend staying here!!!
