Charming modern house with the new CHLORINE FREE swimming pool
Nice, newly renovated apartment with excellent wiew on the sea and the islands.
Beside the beautiful terrace there is a newly built swimming pool in 2018.
The apartment Maya 2. is located 3 kilometers from historycal center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the airport.
UNESCOs citys Split and Trogir are very close to House and National park Krka is only 30 kilometer distance from apartman.
Ojda House have only 2 separate apartmans ( Maya 1. and Maya 2.). Every apartmaent have big (30m2) terrace and around 60m2 liveing area.
Apartment is 100 meters away from the sea, 100 meters from the restaurant, 800 meters from the shop.
The apartment also has a barbecue in the yard and a large parking lot for several vehicles.
The apartment is fully equipped for a pleasant stay, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, free internet, satellite programs, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, microwave ...

Apartment Maya 2 is unique in its environment because of its newly built swimming pool, 6 parking spaces, a large barbecue and beautifully landscaped greenery around the property.
