Wonderful view but lacking some basic facilities
Fabulous view over the country and down to Castelbuono.
Very spacious. Owner very responsive and helpful.
Lovely new bathroom - but hot water a bit temperamental at times.
Could do with a few more basic contents such as a kettle, and mugs and more pillows.

Thank you for your feedback.
We used to provide a kettle as we are perfectly aware of how popular it is for guests coming from the UK, however we had to remove it because its use would regularly cause electricity black outs.

Grand air et horizon marin
La vaste maison de Luca est idéalement placée à flanc de colline sous les châtaigniers pour randonner dans le parc de Maldavie. Les lieux sont splendides ! ( vues panoramiques sur les montagnes et ses petits villages haut-perchés , forêts de houx gigantesques, chênes liège, oliviers....)Castelbuono est très pittoresque avec son château, ses ruelles sont animées le soir. Castelbuono est également bien situé pour découvrir la côte jusqu'à Messina ou pour visiter la villa del casale avec ses merveilleuses mosaïques. Je recommande vivement !

Il profumo delle castagne
Sono stata ospite nella villa di Luca a Castelbuono nei giorni a cavallo di Ferragosto del 2018. La casa è ampia, accogliente, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Cucina e soggiorno spaziosi e comodi, un divano che si presta ai più confortevoli riposini pomeridiani. Lo spazio verde intorno all'abitazione è caratteristico del luogo: alberi di castagne e di mele, e persino un pianoro dove potrete pranzare e cenare come foste in pieno bosco. Il paese di Castelbuono, è ben noto, non manca di nulla: ottimo cibo, eventi musicali e artistici, buon gusto e aria pulita. Imperdibile!
