Superior apartments in Isla Canela Golf Residential, with design furniture and decoration, with lots of light and beautiful views.
The apartment has two large bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and 42`` plasma TV and air conditioning, two bathrooms (one with bathtub in suite, and one with shower), kitchen equipped with all utensils.
Porch - terrace with nice views of the pool, gardens and golf. Ideal to enjoy with the sunsets of the summer nights.
- Residencial Rincon del Golf III, located between the lively town of Ayamonte and the beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, boasts an exceptional natural enclave, surrounded by the marshes of Isla Cristina.
It is a very nice and better communicated luxury urbanization (only 5 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Portugal).
It has two swimming pools (adults and children), large gardens and golf courses. The player can visit and enjoy 18 holes just by moving a few meters. Padel and tennis courts available.
You can practice all kinds of sports activities (paddle tennis, tennis, kite-surfing ..), with two marinas where you can sail in private boats.
Separated from the Portuguese Algarve only by the Guadiana River. Isla Canela beach is only 1.5 km away.
To go to the beach:
Walking (15 minutes)
Bike path (5 minutes)
Car or Bus (frequency of service: every 10-15 minutes). Bus stop right at the entrance to the residential.
