Villa Lubey ZadarVillas

The villa is situated in a small village called Ljubač, which is 15 kilometres away from Zadar. This village is known for its sandy beaches. It is ideal for children because the depth of the sea, and after running a hundred meters does not exceed the above the knee. The sea is warm and when all the surrounding areas are cool. With several main beach there are plenty of restaurants where you can have your family meal or just have a drink.



Villa Lubey is ideal for a large group, it can accommodate up to 13 people. Villa consists of 2 identical units which are connected. One unit has 4 bedrooms and other unit has 2 bedrooms. Every unit has equipped kitchen and living room. In the lower part of the house there is a large room with kitchenette where you can celebrate and enjoy with your family and friends. Exterior of the villa is pretty amazing. Besides swimming in the pool and sunbathing, you can enjoy in a spectacular view.



If you want a bit of sea adventure, villa Lubey offers one-day and half-day excursions on the yacht with 5 or 3 courses included. For those eager to have an active vacation, there are numerous bike paths in the surrounding area.

Perfect for old uni friends reunion

We enjoyed our week in villa Lubey. Comfortable beds spacious bathrooms great outdoor eating area with great view and fab sunsets. Would recommend.

Awesome Villa with brilliant view

All in all a great experience... the villa has everything you need - with the view from the terrace being the absolute highlight. We stayed there with 11 friends and had a great time. Mia is the perfect host and was there for us whenever needed, responding almost immediately. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
