Beautiful 70m² regional style house with red brick walls and slate roof. It is built on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable and fully equipped. The cottage 'Le Manoir Enchanté' welcomes 4/5 people for a stay of a weekend or a see several weeks.
In winter, the cottage is heated with gas central heating.

On the ground floor is the kitchen with a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and many accessories. In the scullery are the major appliances: fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, but also a water softener for greater comfort.

In the living room, the dining area and the living room with a sofa bed, TV and DVD player share the space. The toilets equipped with a wash-stand are independent.

On the floor two nice rooms parquetées await you. One called 'Anis', has a large bed 160x190, its charming decoration will bring you well-being conducive to rest. The other called 'Chocolate', is furnished with a double bed 140x190, its atmosphere is warm and greedy as the name suggests.
The shower room equipped with a jet booth, provides all the benefits of an invigorating alarm clock or a real moment of relaxation after a busy day.

Outside, a private garden is reserved for you with garden furniture and barbecue in summer. The property is on 2600m ² of landscaped garden serving as a place of protection for birds (LPO garden).
Sandpit and swing will delight little children, because of course on request bed and high chair are at your disposal for free.
Coming soon for the new season, bicycles will be put at your disposal.

For more security, you can park your vehicle in the property, an electric control of the portal will be entrusted to you, leaving you free access.

The cottage 'The Manoir Enchanted', allows you to have an internet access in wifi for free.
No smoking, it is still possible to smoke outside, an ashtray is provided for this purpose.
Pets are allowed but with a supplement. Know that we also have animals, dogs and cats well accustomed to visitors.
