Well maintained cottage located on a 1000 m & # 178; large natural plot approx. 200 meters from the Limfjord with child-friendly beach and plenty of space to frolic on a hot summer day. The house is energy friendly with heat pump and is well furnished with open living room / kitchen with i.a. stove, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a flat-screen TV with international channels and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn day with rain and debris. The house also offers a nice bright conservatory with a view of the garden and access to the house's many terraces, some of which are covered. There is good garden furniture. The house has two bedrooms and two beds in the annex (primarily for children / teenagers) The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bathing environment. There is a washing machine in the house. At the nearby campsite there are shopping opportunities, cafeteria and free opportunity to use the campsite's playground and bouncy castle and have fun with the animals. Just 50 meters from the cottage there is a football pitch, petanque court and Beach volley for free use. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
