The villa sits just outside the old town of Pollensa and only a short drive away from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa.

The entrance door leads into a bright, airy and modern open plan lounge/dining area with comfy sofas. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and enjoying lovely views over the swimming pool and surrounding local countryside. The modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen has breakfast bar and a door leading out to the terrace. All three bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom (with walk-in shower) and the stylish double bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a further utility room with washing machine that also houses a walk in shower and WC.



From the terrace, breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, old town of Pollensa and the Bay of Pollensa in the distance can be enjoyed.
