Comfort and Views offers its guests accommodation in an idyllic scenery filled by warmth, colour and beauty.
Located in a picturesque natural setting, just off the border with Italy and Slovenia, in the town of Hermagor, in Austria, our guesthouse offers you ideal conditions for comfort and recreation, regardless of the season. In close proximity, about 3 km away, is the Nassfeld resort, covering altitudes from 600 to 2000 m. With Millennium Express cable transportation you can reach the ridge at an altitude of 1919 m, where you can admire a gorgeous, unique view towards both Italy and Austria. Our location is in the province of Carinthia, a region highly appreciated by tourists visiting Austria, successfully competing in beauty and spectacularity with the neighbouring province of Tirol.
The accommodation we provide to tourists is placed in a completely refurbished villa that preserves the area's style and architecture. The guesthouse can accommodate up to 10 people, so it is ideal for group holidays. Accommodation is made in 4 newly furnished rooms. There are 3 fully-equipped bathrooms plus 2 other toilets, a kitchen and a living/entertainment room.
The 4 rooms of the guest house have been individually decorated, furnished and equipped and designed to meet the different tastes, demanding’s and needs of the guests.
The bedrooms have a size between 12 and 20 squared meters and include as basic amenities; bed for 2 people, size from 160 to 180 cm / 200 cm, wardrobe with 2-3 doors, bedside tables, mirror, desk and a chair. One bedroom has a sofa bed and other 2 bedrooms allow the installation of an extra bed for 1 person. Two of the bedrooms also include a balcony.
The kitchen is equipped, beside kitchen furniture, with a large refrigerator, electric hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dining place for 6 people, tableware, dishes, kitchen utensils, so one.
The multi-functional room has 50 sqm, has direct and outward access to the parking lot and features: Air Conditioning, Big Screen Smart TV, Satellite Receiver, Home Theater player, Ping-Pong table, Darts, various board games. The furniture in the room includes a 160 x190 cm extensible sofa, a cosy armchair, chairs, dining room furniture suitable for table games or dining for 8 people.
The entertainment room can be used as a living room, dining room, cinema hall or for musical audiences, games room, sports and leisure room, karaoke, etc. If necessary and agreed, 2 persons can sleep in on the sofa comfortably.
How do we distinguish ourselves from the offers of accommodation in this region, what do we offer in addition and why our guest house is called Comfort and Views Villa?

In terms of Comfort, we have endeavoured to offer our guests beside a warm and friendly atmosphere, a plus of quality, adopting many standards of superior Comfort available only in 4 and 5 stars resorts:
- We have noticed in accommodation offers in the region, an excess of Ikea furniture, beds of plank or pallet, bedded, narrow beds, with simple, thin mattresses. So, in order to offer a superior comfort for our guests, we have opted for the best quality modern furniture, 160 or 180 cm wide double beds, fitted with super-comfortable orthopaedic mattresses
- Instead of hard floors (flooring, parquet or tiles), the entire villa is carpeted and the bedrooms in particular offer spoil for feet and maximum comfort through the floor covered with thick carpeting installed over a layer of underlay.
- The villa is equipped with a complex sanitary installation of pumps and pipes designed to provide quick hot water to the bathrooms (2 hot water pipes to the bath + special pump)
- Sanitary groups are equipped with special ventilation systems, effective for evacuating odours, very rarely encountered due to the complexity
- For added safety, the guesthouse is provided and monitored by modern smoke detection, video surveillance and alarm systems
- Instead of a traditional, classic living room, we provide a large multi-functional room, equipped with various facilities and indoor games for leisure and entertainment.

- Large terrace with superb views, with rocking chair for 3 people, terrace furniture, etc
- All windows and doors to the outside are provided with anti-insect nets

- Sauna with a capacity of 4 - 5 persons and shower (10 Euro/hour)
Upon an arrangement may be available, if desired, free of charge:

- Auto battery charger, auto air compressor, anti-slip chains
For a fee, following an agreement, we can offer you:
- Breakfast,
- Car rent. Comfortable, full option minibus rental with 8 + 1 seats, for excursions in the area or transfers (with driver).
- Accommodation of the third person in the room, on extra bed (in Intimate and Rustic rooms) or using the extensible sofa in the Premium room.
General considerations:
The entire villa is carpeted so that the shoes will remain at the entrance and inside you will use stockings and house slippers.
Smoking inside is not allowed!
The bedrooms are upstairs, the kitchen, the living room and the sauna are 2 levels below, the access is on the stairs.
Access to the villa is mainly from the parking area.
The owner lives in the villa but has separate access, does not interfere with the area allocated to tourists.
