It has a large terrace, partly covered by a porch, overlooking the Nera valley.
The approximately 70 meters of elevation from the bed of the river Nera, as well as offering a breathtaking view overlooking the valley below, allows you to wander to the east on the Monte della Dormiente, south for several kilometers on the Valnerina to the villages of Castel di Lago and Montefranco ; at WEST, where the sun sets, the picturesque village of San Mamiliano.

La Perla is the small SPA area of ​​our residential complex. A swimming pool, a sauna and a Jacuzzi make this path something that fills the soul with pleasure; a joyful union with the overflowing nature of the Valnerina that surrounds the entire Residence.

After a sauna or a whirlpool, you can also sip wine glass or a cool drink on the comfortable armchairs of our panoramic terrace.
