This newly renovated and fully stocked condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Only 300 meters to the beach, a 2 min walk to the store & restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to main street. You'll love the location. The granite kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful! There is a private patio on the front with a pool view and a bbq area in the back. This is a quite community with a big pool. Come enjoy your vacation in a beautiful condo close to the beach.

Welcome to Casa Amarillo! A few helpful hints for your stay: Supplies can be found under the kitchen sink: charcoal and fluid for the bbq, laundry soap and cleaning supplies. There is a cell phone in the condo for local calls, taxi's and tours. Garbage is picked up Monday mornings. There is a key box on the front of the house for late arrivals or early departures. Quiet, close to everything you need

We had a great time here! We stayed for 1 week and this was the perfect location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, market, coffee shops and the beach! The apartment has all the amenities you can imagine and it's great to take a dip in the pool after a long day at the beach. The air conditioner works very well and the apartment is very clean! It has a nice outdoor patio with an outdoor fan! The owners are so nice and can arrange transportation to the airport and help accommodate any other needs! Loved it!

With 2 kids in tow we have backpacked Vietnam & Japan, traveled on fishing boats through Indonesia, island hopped in Thailand, and camped in the rain forests of Borneo. Life brought us to Costa Rica in 2014. We've had some great travels here on the Pacific Coast with backpacks, buses and boats and look forward to all the adventures ahead of us!
We live in Playa del Coco and are available for all our guests on email, over the phone and on site.

This spacious condo is great for seniors, a couple, traveling friends and families with children.

What makes this property unique

This condo is restricted mobility friendly! This is a main floor condo with ramp access from the parking lot and one small step up to the front door. Both showers have grab bars and slip resistant mats. There is a small step into the showers. Everything in the kitchen is conveniently located down low without upper cupboards. Laundry is also located with one step up. The pool has a grab bar for the 3 steps. And the beach, grocery store, coffee shop, hair dresser and restaurants are only 150 meters away.
