Pretty villa house with community pool located in the district of Riells de Dalt in L'Escala Costa Brava Spain.
The house is single-family in a group of only 4 houses, surrounding a community garden with its swimming pool and pine tree.
It consists of a ground floor where you will find a living space including the ultra-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, juice press, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. , stove etc ...) and this brand new.
A living room with a 2-seater sofa and armchair, a television with TNT channels, unlimited free WIFI access. A dining room including a round table and 6 chairs overlooking the small garden.
Outside, a wooden terrace gives access to the lawn with a gate giving access to the swimming pool. A large electric blind provides shade over the entire length.
At the end of the terrace is a barbecue, then a large shelter allowing a table with ten chairs to be placed overlooking the front of the villa.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and shelves. A toilet is also on this level.
A staircase leading from the living room will take you to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and its built-in wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and its built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washing machine. The upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned in the event of very high heat, which is still rare.
