Why they chose this property

Having chosen this region 25 years ago to live in we bought this house for its stunning view on lake Murten, the Swiss Alps and the plain of the river Broye, giving a unique feeling of space. Situated in the Vully vineyards above the lake Murten this region is famous for its wines and excellent restaurants, ideal for hiking, biking and all water sports. Salavaux Beach, just below, is the longest natural sand beach in Switzerland.

What makes this property unique

The Swim-spa is heated throughout the year, over 5m long with jets to swim counter current. The view over lake and mountain underpin the relaxing moments. The property features several terraces offering different amazing panoramic moments.
Nearby Avenches, the Roman Aventicum, with 30000 inhabitants the biggest northern town of the late Roman Empire. It offers several festivals in the roman arena e.g. Tatoo, Open Air Opera, Rock music. The nearby a hippodrome features horse races and riding lessons.
