Breathtakingly positioned villa with dramatic views of the famous Erimitis cliffs of Paxos.

Slip into a slower pace of life in an authentic yet contemporary environment. A traditional greek stone-house completely rebuilt to the finest standard; stylish and airy interiors make for the perfect holiday home.

The house is available Sat - Sat

The huge 16m pool, outdoor kitchen and lounge area are perfect for barefoot living surrounded by beautiful gardens of fragrant herbs.

Situated in the hamlet of Boikatika with a restaurant and bar a few minutes stroll away.
An ancient donkey path leads from the house down the hill, through olive groves to the beach below - one of Greece's most beautiful.

Outdoor Shower
Outside kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, gas cooker and fridge.
Large outside dining table with space for eight.
Large Veranda with outside sofa and chairs.
The garden is full of mediterranean herbs and flowers and has orange, lemon, almond, lime, pomegranate and fig trees.

The main house has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms..

The master bedroom has a boxspring bed, with french doors that lead to the garden and pool. The master bathroom has a bath as well as a large walk in rain shower.
The second bedroom has a sea view and it's bathroom also has a large walk in shower.

It has a well appointed kitchen and is large and open plan with a table that can be extended for more guests.

Studio with 1 double bedroom with boxspring bed and ensuite bathroom.
The studio has it's own terrace with table and chairs.

Mosquito nets on all windows.
Egyptian cotton sheets and high quality towels.
Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Air-con, Satellite TV, Internet,
Maid Service every other day, gardener and pool guy.

Supermarket, bakery and cafe in next village - 2 mins drive away.

The beautiful fishing villages of Loggos and Lakka, Gaios the bustling main town and all the best beaches are to be found approx 10 mins drive away.

Due to garden drops, the house is not suitable for young children.

A stunning property in every way

Will has created an amazing cliffside pad with multiple spaces to relax, eat and enjoy the spectacular views. We enjoyed many of the suggestions in the ‘house book’ including the walk up to the local village bakery and coffee shops. This is THE place to stay on Paxos!

This really is a beautiful house in a stunning setting.

Clearly this house has been tastefully restored and extended and was a perfect restful quality family break for us. The furnishings are all superb quality and you can spend all day sitting by the pool reading and all evening on the terrace watching the stars through the partial open pagoda. The restaurant which is 5 minutes away is very possibly the best sunset setting on Paxos and the food doesn’t disappoint either, but it isn’t a cheap night out. You wil definitely need a car and the road to the property is quite narrow and can get busy. At the end of the road you can walk to a little baskery which also stocks wine and beer and seriously never closed whilst we were there. Open until 9.30pm and still busy with locals drinking coffee. Great supermarket and butchers at Magazina. Only watch outs from me as possibly the first guests. This property is immaculate and if you took young children you would not relax at all. My teenagers also struggled with the WIFI which was challenging for four of us. Would we return. Yes definitely.

Stunning location

Beautiful home! The house, garden and outdoor landscaping are exquisite along with the pool and outside kitchen! The view with the sunset is the topping on the cake! The owner was very helpful, responsive and thoughtful. I would thoroughly recommend this location for relaxing and enjoying the island… and not to forget it is just a walk to a magnificent beach, Erimitis.
