Delightful and comfortable villa on two levels at 100 mt. from the sea, surrounded by greenery, consisting of a large living room with kitchen and bathroom ground floor, three bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor for a total of 6 beds, large garden with parking space. Stay formula - daily, weekend, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Very close to the commercial center and DOMITILLA and MARINA RESIDENCE where there are the commercial establishments (tobacconist, bar, supermarket etc.)

Avec mes 3 enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la "Pachiderma house".Nos hôtes, Salvatore et son épouse on été d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours soucieux que notre séjour se passe au mieux.Lors de notre arrivée, ils nous ont généreusement offert des victuailles.La maison est grande, et très agréable, avec l'accèsau réseau Wi-fi. Le terrain est équipé d'un barbecue.La cusine est équipée et fonctionnelle.La plage, d'un épais sable clair, est située à environ 5 mn à pieds. Elle est relativement peu fréquentée en semaine.À 10 mn à pieds, il y a une supérette.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage und freundlicher Vermieter

Wir haben in diesem Haus mit 5 Personen 14 Tage im Juli und August verbracht und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Der Vermieter hat uns nach unserer sehr langen Anreise bei 37°C mit seiner Familie überaus freundlich empfangen. Sogar einen Kuchen haben wir zur Begrüßung bekommen. Da wir nach der langen Anreise noch keine Einkäufe tätigen konnten, empfanden wir es als sehr freundlich, dass Nudeln und Zwieback, sowie Marmelade und Nutella für uns bereit standen. Auch Espresso und eine kleine Espresso-Maschine sind vorhanden. Der Weg zum öffentlichen Strand ist nicht weit und beträgt ca. 300m. Dort gibt es immer einen Platz und man muss keine Liege im Lido buchen. Das Haus verfügt über einen kleinen Parkplatz, der etwas Geschick beim Einparken erfordert. Ein normaler PKW passt dort exakt hinein. Ein größeres Fahrzeug, wie ein z.B. Kleinbus sollte auf den kommunalen Parkflächen vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Das Tagesticket kostet 6 Eur. Im Garten befindet sich eine hervorragende Außendusche, um nach dem Schwimmen am Strand noch einmal den Sand abzuwaschen. So muss man nicht erst mit sandigen Füßen durch das ganze Haus laufen. Das ca. 15min entfernt liegende Restaurant Lido Sporting ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dort werden täglich ab 20:00 Uhr preiswerte und einfache einheimische Fischgerichte und Pizza angeboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und dem Gastgeber und können dieses Haus empfehlen.

Tolles Haus, schöne Lage und sehr netter Gastgeber

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unseren Kinder im Pachiderma Haus. Schon während der Anreise standen wir mit dem Vermieter Salvatore in Kontakt. Vor Ort erwartete er und zusammen mit seiner Familie, sie zeigten uns das Haus und hatten sogar schon für unsere ersten Tage eingekauft. Selbst ein leckerer Kuchen vom Konditor und Tshirts vom Haus warteten auf uns. Das Haus selbst ist top: es fehlt an nichts, alles ist umfassend, liebevoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Und fehlte es an nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, bis zum Strand geht man nur 5 Minuten. Der freie Strand ist sehr sauber, es gibt Bodyguards und das Meer ist super für Kinder. Abends kann man gemütlich im Garten entspannen und grillen oder die umliegenden Ortschaften besuchen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und bedanken uns herzlich bei Salvatore und seiner Familie, die sich auch während des Aufenthalts immer mal wieder freundlich und unaufdringlich per WhatsApp nach unserm Befinden erkundigten.

Séjour touristique et balnéaire Baia Domizia

Maison spacieuse et bien placée dans la station balneaire de Baia Domizia. Plage libre ou aménagée à quelques minutes à pieds sous les pins et à travers la zone résidentielle. Quelques difficultés pour circuler ou se garer si on arrive en soirée pendant les périodes d'animation. Une place est prévue mais il faut une petite voiture pour y rentrer. Maison bien agencée, literie confortable , petite terrasse aménagée pour prendre les repas et espace vert autour de la maison. Le seul point négatif pour nous a été la cuisine, niveau equipement en général, mais Salvatore n'a pas terminé la restauration et tout doit changer. Un coin salon avec canapé serait agréable aussi dans le séjour. Super accueil de Salvatore, très sympathique avec des surprises qui attendent les vacanciers. MERCI !!! Nous avons eu quelques problèmes de langage mais on s'en est sorti quand même.... avec humour.... Quelques voisins ont été très bruyants la nuit très tard, parfois jusqu'à 3 ou 4 h du matin, mais celà ne dépend pas du propriétaire . Par contre le matin, c'était très calme....

The house is located 5 minutes from the beautiful beach. The house is tiled and garden is fenced, that was very beneficial for our dogs Salvatore and his nice family welcomed us with home-baked cakes

Amazing host.

Salvatore was amazing. He greeted us with so many goodies, including a homemade torte. His house was just what we needed and easy to get to some sites in the area. Highly recommend it.
