Nice studio 21m2, equipped for 4, all comfort. Deco. cozy and warm.
A convertible sofa, in the main room. A mountain corner with bunk beds, mattresses changed in May 2018. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Kitchenette equipped with microwave oven and mini oven. Washer washing machine.
Private 5m2 covered terrace with bench to enjoy the exceptional view of the mountains, garden of 15 m2 with table and chairs to enjoy the sun facing south. Shared terrace reserved for residents and tenants, where children can play under the supervision of parents.
Electrical appliances: raclette, fondue, plancha. Blue-Ray DVD player with some movies and board games available. Soundbar, bluetooth to listen to your music files from your connected devices.
TV box and free WIFI.

Private and covered parking space on the 6th floor.
Quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants that are 500m. Free shuttle at the foot of the residence, stop n ° 6 which passes regularly. Or, you can go down with the elevator to level 1 and walk on foot.
A deposit will be required on site, for the household 40 € (in cash) and 400 € (in check) for damages. It will be returned at the end of stay, if everything is in order.
