Meraviglioso

Appartamento Pulitissimo, con tutto il necessario Per soggiornarvi e cucinare ed arricchito di dettagli creati con materiali locali che danno un tocco artistico e di personalità. Gli esterni ancora più belli, se possibile. Il patio ombreggiato, la piscina con vista sullo splendido giardino. Posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge delle riserve naturali e le città vicine (Noto, Ortigia, Marzamemi,Ragusa, Modica....) E infine i proprietari: Disponibili, gentili, accoglienti, simpatici , sempre pronti a dare suggerimenti e consigli se richiesti. Graditissima anche la compagnia dei loro amici a quattro zampe. Luogo assolutamente consigliato.

Wonderful holiday at Villa Hybla

We are a family of four and we spent a wonderful week at Villa Hybla. The apartment, the garden, the surrounding scenery and the villa itself are truly breathtaking with every detail taken care of. The owners, signora Sofia and her husband welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to assist us in experiencing a true Sicily. The villa is ideally located to explore beautiful Sicilian baroque towns of Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, also close to a variety of splendid beaches, but at the same time away from the crowds - it offers an overall impression of calm and serenity. I highly recommend the property to anyone wishing to experience Sicily at its best!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und alles war gut!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, gut ausgestattete Wohnung und ungemein hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Hybla sehr genossen und fanden die Lage ausgesprochen gut, um den Südosten Siziliens zu erkunden. Bis Noto ist es ohnehin nur ein Katzensprung und in weniger als einer halben Stunde ist man auch in Siracusa oder anderen interessanten Orten. Wir haben so ziemlich die ganze Insel bereist, würden aber im Falle einer erneuten Reise sicherlich unbedingt wieder dort Quartier machen.

Il est des lieux et des rencontres...inoubliables !... (juillet 2017)

Un super séjour sicilien ! Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Sofia, Salvatore, Carmela, Gertrude et le "terrrriblle Rocco" ! L' appartement, atypique, est très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! De même, les terrasses et le jardin ou devrais-je dire, le parc, sont tout simplement exceptionnels : des coins ombragés sous les oliviers, les palmiers pour s'isoler ou se reposer...Mention spéciale pour les figues de barbarie qui m'ont fait payer ma gourmandise frugale ! Et puis...surtout.., Sofia ..! Accueillante, souriante, présente mais loin d'être envahissante, plus qu'une hôte, une belle personne, généreuse, attachante qui nous a fait partager quelques unes de ses spécialités culinaires et a répondu à toutes nos demandes (et à nos galères !!). Un grand merci donc à Sofia, Salvatore, et à la tribu canine , Carmela, Gertrude et ...Rocco avec qui notre Django a également pu profiter d'intenses moments de jeux ! Nous recommandons la location sans réserve ! En espérant très sincèrement que nos chemins, Sofia, se recroiseront à l'avenir..que ce soit en Sicile (on reviendra , c'est certain !..) ou en Bretagne ( vous serez toujours les bienvenus !)

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entspricht dem Bildern und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus mit symphatischen Gastgebern. Das Haus befindet sich in guter ruhiger Lage in der Nähe eines schönen kleinen Strandes, der uns besser gefallen hat als der nahgelegene Fontane Biance. Die Ausstattung war super. Terasse und Garten sehr gemütlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Ottima location elegante e perfetta l'appartamento che abbiamo occupato molto bello pulitissimo in modo maniacale, proprietari impeccabili disponibili presenti ma non invadenti, non ci dimenticheremo della dolcezza di Carmela e Gertrude le due cagnoline di casa, la location ha un ottima posizione per visitare Noto, Siracusa Vendicari ed altro, vicinissima al mare ed ai servizi come supermercati o pizzerie, grazie per questa meravigliosa vacanza.

Tolle Wohnungen und wunderbare Gastgeberin

Ich und mein Freund hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sofia. Der Garten ist fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern und auch im Innenhof haben wir oft noch gesessen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Auch die Innenausstattung der Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll. Die Wohnung wurde uns perfekt sauber übergeben und auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren tadellos. Sofia hat uns von Beginn bis zum Ende des Urlaubs wunderbar begleitet und geholfen wenn Sie konnte. Als z.B. den einen Tag Regen angesagt war, hatten wir morgens einen Regenschirm vor unserer Tür stehen oder sie reservierte uns einen Platz in einem sehr guten Resturant, da wir nicht wussten wo wir essengehen sollten. Ich kann einen Urlaub in der Villa Hybla nur empfehlen!

Raffinatezza,gusto,simpatia...basta?

La casa e'un angolo di Paradiso...tanto che le mie figlie non sarebbero mai uscite...!!!! Arredamento di gusto,curato nei minimi dettagli dalle lenzuola profumate ai piatti di ceramica colorati e le lampade di legno fatte con cura e amore da Salvatore.Il giardino ,accogliente di giorno e affascinante la sera ;i cani che ti accolgono festosi senza essere invadenti danno l'aria d'essere davvero "a casa"!!!!Oltre a tutto ciò',Villa Hybla e'in posizione strategica per visitare tutti i luoghi d'interesse.Grazie Sofia,grazieSalvatore,meravigliosi padroni di casa!

Un paraíso en Sicilia

Hace más de 10 años que pasamos parte de nuestras vacaciones en Sicilia, así que conocemos bastante bien la isla y tengo que decir que estas han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos disfrutado en Sicilia, gracias a la hospitalidad de Salvatore y Sofia y el espectacular entorno en el que nos acogieron. La casa de Sofia y Salvatore es preciosa y está llena de detalles, mires donde mires hay belleza, la atmósfera que la envuelve es apreciable nada más llegar, se te quita el estrés de golpe! El jardín con sus plantas, árboles, hamacas, todo tan extremadamente cuidado...es de una belleza indescriptible. La playa está muy cerca, se puede ir caminando (son menos de 10 minutos) y también en coche, tiene una parte de arena dorada y otra de piedra blanca, es ideal para ir con niños. El enclave es perfecto para poder visitar los pueblos de alrededor como Noto, Siracusa y Marzamemi. Salvatore y Sofia son los perfectos anfitriones, personas educadísimas y muy amables además de simpáticos; invisibles cuando uno quiere estar relajado y presentes cuando uno necesita algo. Es de verdad un paraíso particular en el que disfrutar de unas vacaciones de ensueño. Nosotros ya hemos decidido que el próximo verano volveremos!

soggiorno fantastico

Siamo appena tornati dalle nostre vacanze ad Avola e ne abbiamo già nostalgia. Abbiamo trovato villa Hybla assolutamente incantevole, ben al di là di ciò che, attraverso le foto del sito, avevamo potuto vedere e apprezzare. L'appartamento pulitissimo, corredato di tutto il necessario ( stoviglie e pentole nuovissime!!!) e arredato con gusto e cura dei particolari. Gli spazi comuni del grande giardino e quelli di pertinenza di ciascun appartamento sono decisamente confortevoli e godibili, sia per prendere il sole, sia per gustare la frescura serale. Tutto questo è sicuramente merito di Sofia e Salvo e del loro modo di intendere l'ospitalità: aprire la loro casa e rendere il soggiorno dei propri ospiti un tempo di assoluto benessere. Presenti ma discreti, sono disponibili nel consigliare e suggerire luoghi e spiagge di cui quel territorio è ricco.Insomma vi dobbiamo proprio ringraziare per averci fatto vivere la nostra vacanza in un clima di familiarità e amicizia, che speriamo possa trovare in futuro altre occasioni. Our stay at villa Hybla

Me and my boyfriend were 3 weeks in Sicily and the last 2 weeks we stayed at Sophia's Apartment. The whole area is very idyllic with a big garden and some chill out places. There are some important things to know before arriving: First of all, it is one big villa and inside you got 3 apartments. Two of them are placed side by side. In front of your door you got an own area with a dining table and a little relaxing zone with pillows and a little table. The outdoor area is very beautiful furnished but if there are some neighbors in the apartment next door, you don't have much privacy. Inside the apartment is very beautiful furnished as well (a lot from IKEA:)), you got anything you need for cooking. Even a little fruit plate and a delicious wine. The kitchen is combinated with living room and a little flat TV, unfortunately there are only a lot of Italian channels. The bedroom next door is very beautiful. Unfortunately for us the bed was to small and uncomfortable beacause it sags to much in the middle. That was the reason why after a few days one of us was sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed. There is also the fact that there is no air conditioner in the apartment so we really had sleeping problems in the night. There is only one electrical ventilator in the bed room and after i moved to living room for sleeping only one of us could use it. Although Sofia says the apartment is good aired out, in my opinion it is not enough cooling for someone who comes from another climate. So maybe they should think about it in future. Sofia and Salvatore were very kind hosts, they answered every question we had and helped us with every problem. They gave us a lot of good informations about the region and recommended excellent restaurants in Syracusa and Avola. There are a lot of beautiful beaches you can go but in high season the most beaches are overcrowded with families and children. The nearest beach is about 500 meters, you should go by car there and in front the beach there is a parking. On the right side there is a sandy beautiful beach, but really overcrowded. We always went to the left side because there is a much quieter place with a rocky beach. The water is very clear with a sandy soil. All in all we really liked it and our stay fulfilled our expectations. Saluti a Sofia e Salvatore , Gertrude e Carmela (the two dogs)

Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles . Maison, terrasses et jardin à la décoration soignée, parfaitement propres et entretenus. Magnifiques plages et sites à proximité. L 'autoroute très proche en fait une base idéale pour visiter l'île.

Location da 10 e lode !

Io e a mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Hybla le ultime due settimane di luglio.Vi dico subito che la qualita' degli appartamenti e' eccezzionale , arredati con gusto ed eleganza , dotati di molti accessori per la cucina e con un giardino da favola .Si trova in posto fresco e tranquillo , ideale per chi cerca il relax ed in posizione strategica per visitare le tante bellezze naturali e le bellissime citta' d'arte che caratterizzano questo angolo della Sicila.Che dire poi dell'ospitalita' di Sofia e Salvatore che con i loro preziosi consigli , con il loro supporto e non ultime la loro simpatia e cortesia hanno contributo a farci trascorrere una vacanza da 10 e lode ! Très belle location très bien equipee

Tres belle maison , bien placée pour visiter la Sicile baroque et profiter de plages pas trop surpeuplées.Sofia est très accueillante parle un peu francais et donne de bons tuyaux! Cependant il faut savoir que la terrasse est commune à 2 locations et donc il faut avoir la chance de la partager avec des gens discrets ce qui était notre cas! Notre semaine a été très agréable!

Casa bellissima, ottima location persone splendide

La casa è bellissima, arredata con un gusto fuori dal comune, e con scorci, spazi ed ambienti molto gradevoli. La location è ottima perché a nel giro di pochi chilometri ci sono spiagge caraibiche, città barocche con paesaggi mozzafiato, buon cipo per il corpo e per la mente. Sofia e Salvatore sono due Ospiti eccezionali, persone dotate di una cortesia e di una premura d'altri tempi. E Carmela e Gertrude (le cagnoline di casa) sono due meraviglie, da coccolare dalla mattina alla sera.

Vacanza Meravigliosa, la villa è bellissima e l'appartamento che abbiamo occupato il "Lauro" è meraviglioso, la pulizia eccellente, i proprietari Sofia e Salvatore sempre cortesi disponibili pronti ad ogni nostra richiesta e pronti a consigliarci i luoghi da visitare, la posizione della villa è perfetta per visitare noto siracusa vendicari ed altri posti ldi interesse archeologico, il mare vicinissimo alla villa, noi siamo andati sempre a piedi facendoci una passeggiata, ripensando alla vacanza ho ancora nostalgia consigliatissima, torneremo.

Splendida location

L'appartamento Medea è esattamente come lo vedete nelle foto, molto bello, elegante e funzionale. La Villa in cui è inserito è splendida in tutti i suoi dettagli e la location è perfetta per chi vuole fare sia mare che visitare i principali siti della Valle di Noto e di Siracusa. La competenza distintiva però sono i padroni di casa, persone speciali per gentilezza, disponibilità e generosità e sapranno essere i migliori Ciceroni della zona!!!!!!! Noi ci torneremo certamente....

Fantastico e Raro Relax

Vicinissimo al mare...a pochi km da destinazioni invidiate in tutto il mondo, Siracusa, Noto, Taormina, Scicli e tanto altro...sorge questo paradiso! È veramente l'essenza del relax! Amache in un giardino curatissimo che ti cullano ... Un appartamento con tutto il necessario, fresco, profumato e poi che accogliente! I due gestori Amici poco dopo essere arrivati! Normalmente non ripeto una vacanza, ma potrei e farò sicurame un'eccezione e tornerò in questi posti e da queste persone che conosco l'accoglienza con l'A maiuscola! Oasi di pace in sicilia

La villa è molto bella, curata in tutti i dettagli estetici e funzionali, il caldo sopportabilissimo soprattutto in casa (anche in gravidanza!). La padrona di casa e suo marito sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili anche per le emergenze (batteria auto scarica!) e sempre sul posto. Abbiamo passato settimane piacevoli e riposanti con nostra figlia di tre anni, anche se con i bimbi piccoli c'è un po' il rischio di dare fastidio agli altri ospiti. Il giardino è splendido e abbiamo gustato anche qualche prodotto dell'orto di Sofia. Il mare è vicino, comodo in macchina e, se si viaggia leggeri, anche a piedi. Torneremo!

Una vacanza fantastica, una delle più belle degli ultimi anni. Terra meravigliosa, sapori unici, grande ospitalità. Grazie Sofia e Salvatore per averci fatto sentire a casa sin dal primo momento, grazie per la pazienza che avete avuto con i nostri figli, grazie per tutti i suggerimenti sui posti più belli da visitare. een parel in Avola

Vier dagen waren we in een bijzonder sfeervolle accommodatie. Zowel binnen als buiten klopte het plaatje helemaal. In ons gedeelte van het gebouw troffen we verrassende, originele en speelse indeling van diverse ruimtes aan. Voorzien van alle luxe maar heel apart en doordacht ingericht. Buiten 2 overdekte zitruimtes om te eten of te relaxen en als klapstuk een tuin met overdekt zitje met ligstoelen. Werkelijk uniek. Voeg dat samen met een zeer gastvrije hostess , Sophia, en u kunt zich voorstellen dat we daar mooie dagen hebben doorgebracht. Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen.

Bezaubernde Villa Hybla

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Sofia und Salvatore in der Villa Hybla. Einen Fehler im Buchungssystem machten unsere absolut liebenswerten Gastgeber durch eine unglaubliche Charmeoffensive mehr als wett. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt in der liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr gepflegten Umgebung. Insofern möchten wir die Vila Hybla gerne weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Noto, Ragusa uvm.
