The privileged location of Dimora Cagrande 2, in the beautiful Piazza Bra, will make your stay a very special one. The apartment is decorated with modern taste, preserving also some ancient touches, for a nice and modern contrast if style. The entrance opens up on a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a large table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe and dresser. The elegant and modern bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine. The balcony offers a beautiful view just over Piazza Bra. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer and Wi-fi.

Perfect location, great apartment

Immaculate, right on Piazza Bra. Step out and the Arena is right there. Great restaurants every and close to many sites. We enjoyed Castelvecchio and the Opera. Also the apartment was amazingly quiet given the location. The staff communicated promptly and professionally! First rate!

Urlaub im Zentrum von Verona

Das Objekt befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Verona am Amphitheater. Es hat eine perfekte Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zu gebrauchen hat: sehr gutes Wlan, super Klima und einem wunderschönen Balkon in eine kleine Seitengasse. Es hat uns wunderschöne Tage im Urlaub ermöglicht.

In diesem Zustand nicht zu empfehlen

Im Inserat bei FeWo steht zwei Schlafzimmer, allerdings hat die Wohnung nur ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Ich finde das nicht OK, FeWo findet das nicht schlimm, da es sich um zwei mal zwei Schlafplätze handelt. Fakt ist nur, dass man das Wohnzimmer, das auch gleich die Küche ist, nicht mehr nutzen kann, wenn dort jemand schläft. Aus diesem Grund habe ich extra nach zwei Schlafzimmern gesucht. Dazu kommt, dass die Toilette undicht ist, sie wollten den Installateur holen, aber es kam keiner. Im Bad hat es komisch gerochen, ich dachte es kam. Von der undichten Toilette, aber nein es war die Waschmaschine. Wenn man sie öffnet fällt man vor Gestank fast um. Die Waschmaschine ist so dreckig, dass man sie nur noch austauschen kann. Die Toilettenbürste war so etwas von dreckig, nicht zu beschreiben. Die Spülmaschine ging, war aber auch nicht in Ordnung. Die Regalfläche im Kleiderschrank war so staubig, dass das Unterste Kleidungsstück, das ich dort hingelegt habe, danach total voller Staub war. Die Schere und die Küchenmesser in der Küchenschublade auch nicht sauber. Im Wasserkessel waren Teebeutel, die irgend jemand dort falscher Weise rein und dann nicht mehr raus hat. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr laut, da sich direkt darunter ein Restaurant befindet. Tolle Lage, direkt an der Arena. Die Reinigungskraft ist absolut unsauber, aber auch der Verwaltung ist dies anzulasten, denn man sollte so etwas überprüfen. Schade

Idéal pour apprécier le centre historique de Vérone

Emplacement central parfait proche des principaux monuments, des musées et de la gare de Vérone. Appartement spacieux, équipements conformes aux attentes. Très tranquille en Février. J'aurai certainement l'occasion de revenir.
