This true ski in/ski out condo overlooking chair lift 7 has unobstructed views of the Box Canyon, including Ajax Peak and Stumper ski run. The large south facing deck off the living room is the perfect place to take in Telluride's views no matter the season, with more of the same from a second deck off the master bedroom. The master bedroom also features a fireplace and loft area with sofa and desk. Amenities like undercover parking, ski lockers on the slopes and in-unit laundry ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. You'll be within easy walking distance of Colorado Avenue (main street), the river trail, and the grocery store, providing not only luxury but convenience for an exciting and effortless getaway.

Cimarron Lodge offers a locked, heated parking garage with space for one vehicle per unit. Please note the parking height clearance is 6'8".

Steps from chair 7. Ski rentals in locker right at the property. Easy walk to Telluride shops and gondola stop.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Even our 7 year old commented how clean it was. The rooms were spacious. Very good beds in our opinions. The owners were thoughtful enough to leave plenty of paper towels and tp in case you arrive late. It is just behind the #7 lift so it is a perfect ski in/out for the confident blue skiers. Maybe not so for beginners. However the free bus service stops just in front of building and travels to town and the gondola every 10-15 minutes. Super super nice condo. Extremely clean. Great views. We hope to stay here again!

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo, on the deck or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (please know, we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
